Great place, AC inside not the best. We would have stayed longer and consumed more but it was extremely hot.

Knowledgeable staff and a beautiful view! No better feeling than having a nice glass of Pinot while watching the sailboats pass by. I was staying in Santa Barbara for only 2 days but came here twice because I loved it so much. Each time the staff were very kind and told us all about their wines as we got a red flight and a white flight. Not a single miss on any of them either, every single one was delightful. I plan to come back soon for another!

Very reasonable prices, friendly staff. You do have to go up to the counter for the next drink, and you use the same glass for everything. But great place definitely recommend

We visited Deep Sea Tasting Room on the Santa Barbara Wharf and it quickly became one of our favorite stops in town. The location is unbeatable — right over the water with a terrace that offers stunning panoramic views of the ocean, the coastline, and the mountains in the distance. It’s the kind of place where you can just sit back, enjoy the sea breeze, and let time slow down.

We ordered two glasses of wine and were impressed by both the quality and the way they were served — perfectly chilled, with attentive and friendly service. The wine list is well thought out, showcasing local selections that pair beautifully with the atmosphere.

Whether you’re stopping by for a quick drink or planning to linger and soak in the views, Deep Sea is an excellent choice. It’s relaxed yet elegant, and the terrace alone is worth the visit. Highly recommended if you’re in Santa Barbara and want a memorable spot to enjoy a great glass of wine by the water.

Tasting room on Stearns Wharf in Santa Barbara. Went for a wine tasting in the evening and had a wonderful time. Staff was friendly and accommodating, and all the wines were delicious. Views from the wharf were lovely, especially during sundown/sunset. Indoor and outdoor seating available, and one restroom available. They do wines by the bottle and by the glass, and offered charcuterie boards.
