Waited 5 min to be acknowledged at the counter then left before anyone showed me to a seat. Hopefully food is better than service.

It had been about 5 years since my only time going to eat here. I was pleasantly surprised how good my food was. I have started to eat nopales or ( cactus ) recently. I saw it on the menu and tried it. It was very tasty and cooked properly. I didn't remember all the decorations, which I truly enjoyed. Will definitely be going back soon

While the authentic Mexican decor and atmosphere here were a perfect 5/5, the rest of my experience was underwhelming. My breakfast burrito was mostly a bland, watery, and mushy bean-and-potato filler with a noticeable lack of meat and egg. It was poorly seasoned and unbalanced. Service was also subpar; the host never smiled or offered a greeting, which felt odd for a breakfast spot. It's possible I simply had an unlucky visit, but the food quality and service were disappointing overall.
Comfortable spot, awesome decorations, and delicious food. Best Chile Verde around.
Food was excellent. If you have a large group, more than 20 people, expect that it will take longer. Other than that, staff was super friendly.
I am having the Mexi-Bowl which is like a taco salad but switch out the salad for the best fajita vege combo ever. It has bell peppers, onions, zucchini, carrots and eggplant. The carne asada in it is tender and tasty.
Disgusting bathrooms and dirty floors.
Delicious, had their rice, beans and guac 🥑
Food is delicious. Highly recommend the chipotle enchilada sauce.

This place is an amazing hidden gem. Good vegetarian options. Not just a restaurant, but a full art gallery too!

You’re missing the best breakfast in town. The owner is an expert barista. I had an almond latte with cinnamon and the scramble with nopales (opuntia cactus) and California chiles (not spicy). Also try horchata with a shot of espresso for lunch.
The portion was enormous and the flavors were fresh and exciting! The potatoes were so crispy. I used to frequent this restaurant years ago for their healthy soups. I’m so pleased that this is now a woman-owned local restaurant.
This is a must visit for specialty Mexican breakfasts and coffee brews. Also a great spot for gluten-free options.

I think this place has REALLY improved since the last time I was here like 3 years ago. The food was easily some of the best Mexican I’ve had in SB but at a reasonable price. Super nice owners as well. The chile rellenos are out of this world

This was our first visit, but won't be our last. What a surprise to find such a hidden gem in this little shopping center. Appreciated the outdoor seating, kind service, and delicious lunch.
