Elena is not customer focused. I ordered on the app and she had attitude when I first walked in with a smile eager to pick up my order which was not “found in their system” Please hire someone that enjoys their job, greats customers with a smile, and offers to assist customers readily.

It’s Wednesday, September 10, 2025. I ordered a pizza around 5:30 PM. Got it within a reasonable amount of time. The problem was I ordered a large New York style, Pizza, extra pepperoni and half pineapple and a side of cinnamon sticks. I received a medium pizza with the correct toppings not New York style and I got a 32 piece Parmesan with Sweet Icing . Ok simple mistake easy fix, Or so, I thought. I Call the store & spoke to the female rep who I’ve seen in there when I’ve gone in On occasion. Gave her my info,she put me on hold for quite some time, came back and said, “ Ok, So do you want me to send the right ones or what?”. I almost wanted to give a sarcastic response because the way she asked me was almost insinuating, as if it was my fault they had gotten my order Incorrect. I politely agreed and was about to ask her another question when she hung up on me mid-sentence. It’s been over an hour now still waiting for my cinnamon sticks that are probably not gonna show up. So probably not gonna order Domino’s for quite some time now at this point very disappointing And unprofessional Phone etiquette. PS I didn’t even eat the food that was delivered because it’s not what I wanted therefore wasted money all the way around. 👎🏽

Ordered in the app, tracker says delivery is completed but nothing delivered. Needed to call 4 times to get through just to learn the store regularly has issues with the app showing orders as completed and delivered when the pizza is still leaving the store along with several other orders. Pizza finally arrived almost 20 minutes after app said delivery was completed. Same thing happened last time I ordered. The app gives you points for a free pizza if the order has issues but the points go away if you don’t order again soon after. Maybe the store is to blame, maybe corporate office is to blame.

I used to dislike the taste of dominos but I think their new sauce combined with the various new crust options have upped their game. Also, several recent orders were so easy to complete online. The deal for two types of items for $7.99 is a great deal. Feed two people for under $20! And I give 5 stars for online ordering, value, and customer service!

This place is a joke even the manager who was a female was a disrespectful condescending human no manners to the customer. Why buy from here if all we wanted was to feel like a dissent minority family... thanks dominos for making us feel less of a family it's bad enough we don't make much, and now we can't offered a dissent meal. Thank you dominos at Santa Barbara,Ca on the Mesa.From a sorry customer

Domino's isn't the best pizza out there, but it might be the best pizza for the price and the best value. You can usually pick up a large pizza for just over ten bucks. Way better than Little Caesar's for the value. This may not be a bettina or a rustys, but you're definitely getting decent ingredients made fresh to order. This is a convenient location on the Mesa for delivery,

Order over the phone, which goes to a call center and not actually the location. I asked for "well done" what I got was a pizza with the toppings burnt to charcoal and a gooey doughy soggy center and crust. Not sure how you burn the top but leave the inside uncooked? Maybe it's a frozen pizza? When I showed up to pay and wanted to get some ranch the owner Naomi told me it was a dollar for 3 ranches, I politely told her I'd only use one and to just keep the other two. She got really pissy at me after that for some reason. There's a now hiring sign on the front window and also a sticker with a QR code to apply on my pizza box, I feel like reading the other reviews Naomi probably drives her employees to quit after a week. Next time I'll just get a frozen pizza from the grocery store and cook it the way I want, which is all the way through.
