I came here the other Nov 1 around 9 pm with a large group and at first our experience was great. The host was friendly and let us charge phones and it was a great atmosphere. Unfortunately our server did not grace us with anything friendly. He rolled his eyes at us, purposely ignored us, and severed us dirty water cups. We even found a fly in one of the group drinks. His energy towards us completely ruined the experience. We were a group of mixed races( mainly black) and we felt like we were targeted as he didn't treat the other tables around us the same. He was very friendly( making jokes) and not ignoring the other tables. I believe the server's name was Juan. I have nothing against the establishment, but there wasn't a manager available for us to speak too and we hope that something like that doesn't happen to anyone else. We did inform the host( who was kind and friendly ) and he was shocked by this behavior, but since he's not in management we knew there was nothing much he could do. I honestly didn't have time to really try the food, because I didn't feel comfortable staying after finishing my drink. It's very unfortunate to be in an establishment where you don't feel welcomed. Hopefully they can provide more customer service training on their staff and in the service industry it's best to treat each customer the same.

The vibe is cool, rad bar menu, always good to see a game score or two and appreciate manager Chris for the kindness. Also dog friendly! Bingo.

The food was delicious! The burgers were on point, and the cheesey truffle fries made a great addition to my jalapeño egg burger. The servers were nice but only came by once to check on us and we were waiting for a while after we finished our meal, place wasn't busy but to be fair my family and I were haveing good conversations so they may have not wanted to interrupt. We will give them the benefit of the doubt.
Either way 10 out of ten would recommend. Perfectly located on the outskirts of the plaza. Great for relaxing meals while still not being to far away from the crowds and shopping.

Right off the bat, the bathrooms we're disgusting No toilet paper, no soap & no paper towels our server was young i get that we walked in an hour b4 closing I'm sure he wanted 2 go already the automatic tip you guys charge did not warrant the visit at all Smashburger was good onion rings not Hopefully, the kitchen was cleaner than the bathroom.

Came in for food - didn’t know it was happy hour! Would highly encourage coming for HH - they have great drink specials and food specials! Definitely left full!! Highly recommend!!

Came to this place for lunch, got sat quickly but didn't actually get service until about 10 minutes after. Asked for water and put drink requests in. Waiter came to check on us and noticed we still didn't have our drinks and said he would check on those and we put food orders in. About 20-30 minutes more went by and nothing. Never even got our drinks so we decided to leave. Will not be going back.

This place is just shit. Horrible service every time and mediocre food overly priced. I’ve been a few times and I don’t know why I keep thinking it’ll get better. Absolute shit every single time. Horrible service. Just go to yellow belly it’s way better.
