Great food and even better service. We ate here when it was very busy, yet the service was excellent.

We were driving home from LA and looking for a good restaurant for breakfast. Lots of choices came up, and Farmer Boy looked appealing, so that's where we went. We were not disappointed. The food was fresh and tasty. The coffee hot and very good. And our waiter looked after us! Well stop there again while driving through.

Went for breakfast and the food was good and the price was right. Preferred the hashbrowns to home fries. Nice fluffy pancakes, quality sausage, eggs cooked perfectly over medium.

Came here for the first time today. Food was good, & the restaurant was clean with a nice, fresh diner atmosphere. Ordered the Baja omelette, and while tasty, the chorizo was very heavy on cumin, so it tasted Indian, not Mexican. I had the jalapeños on the side since I wasn't sure how they'd be in the omelette (cooked, picked, seeded, etc), and I was happy to see they actually de-seeded them. I'm looking forward to trying other menu items.

Best breakfast in town, hands down. I highly recommend this joint and it's a classic SB restaurant. The atmosphere is diner like and makes you feel like you live in the 60s, aka the good old days. If you're looking for a tasty breakfast, delicious lunch, and mind boggling desserts, look no further because Farmer boy has it all. My personal favorites are the huevo rancheros for breakfast with a cinnamon roll. The cinnamon rolls are a MUST HAVE and the cream cheese frosting makes it oh so better. Anyway the point is if your visiting santa Barbara or if your a local like me Farmer Boy is a must try and is SO delicious

Food was top-notch! Sefive was friendly but took quite a while to get out food. That's honestly my only issue with the place. They even had coffee out front for while you are waiting for a table which is something I never have seen before. Very cool place and Ill be back next time I'm in SB

Among the best dining experiences available in SB, at a clear step above the traditional greasy spoon.

Stopped for a quick bite. Food was decent. The servers were friendly. The atmosphere is what makes this place a great stop! The tables had outlets to charge up your device and they have free WiFi.
