Thank you all for superb service. Everyone was so attentive. The food was just delicious....cant wait to go back!!!
We celebrated Thanksgiving with the Farm to Table Buffett. The raw bar was delicious as well as the other app choices. The main dishes, turkey and prime rib. Turkey moist however the prime rib was way too rare. Dessert selection ls good however the ran out of some them somewhat early. My only suggestion for next year please include some green vegetables...too many starches.
Food was good, service excellent, and there was 50% off any wine over $90. Very good deal. Buratta & Beet salad excellent starter, as was the Caesar salad. Mains we chose was the duck, a bit overcooked and the short rib tagliatelle which was good. We had a side of broccolini and lemon, but not enough lemon for our taste, and I prefer the broccolini not par-boiled. Overall a good dinner house that I'd return to.
This restaurant came up first when we were looking for a restaurant on TripAdvisor. We kept coming back to the menu and decided on it. The service was great and we were all very happy with our meals. The food was delicious.
What a cozy, beautiful corner booth you reserved to celebrate our dear friends birthday! Thank you for making all of us feel so special, not just the birthday girl. The complementary dessert churros platter was huge and gorgeous and so unexpected. It was a delicious treat to end a gorgeous meal. Thank you for the hospitality. It was also so sweet of the manager to drop by and chat and extend his good wishes. We loved our meal!
We have driven by many times but this was our first time at Finch and Fork. Beautiful space, very on-trend decor, excellent service...and the food is fantastic. I had the confit fried chicken, friends had halibut, pappardelle bolognese. We all loved our meals. Good cocktails and wine list as well. We will return!
The restaurant is in the lobby of a hotel, which is well situated off State Street in Santa Barbara. There is a bar which is well used at the entry point of the restaurant which is rather noisy and busy, but when you turn the corner into the restaurant, it becomes much more serene and quiet. The food was extremely interesting with varied flavors and unusual spicing. They gave very creative menu items and interesting and new taste. The items were well presented and tasted delicious. The food was served properly, and the quality of service was extremely attentive and well done.
I loved the quiet - even with more and more guests the restaurant remained enjoyable and not too loud.
The food was expensive and disappointing. When asked for a box for leftovers I was given a box and no spoon to move the food to the container. They were very accommodating for separate checks.
We got there for a 7pm reservation and there was no chicken and no steak. What?! We weren't told until we received our drinks. There should be better planning. The kung pao cauliflower was awesome. The short rib pasta was good. I would go somewhere else next time.

Finch & Fork hits all of the marks for food and service! Great bar to watch TV and the fine dining room is exquisite. Food was the absolute bright spot though! Every dish was phenomenal. Can’t wait to go back!

Stumbled upon this place while doing a Google search for Saturday brunch during our c=visit to Santa Barbara. We couldn't have been more pleased with the whole experience.
Great restaurant attached to the Kimpton Canary Hotel. Staff was excellent and friendly and the food was delicious. We had both a dinner there (the black cod in coconut curry was a great choice) and breakfast (definitely get the short rib sweet potato hash). Surprise highlight are the deviled eggs. We loved them so much we had them twice. And the foccacia bread is light, fluffy, and filled with delicious herbiness. Since we booked through Chase's The Edit program, we had credits toward both meals, which certainly made the cost more reasonable, but I would say that the restaurant is good enough that I would have happily paid full price.
