Whenever we visit a new city, I google the top restaurants and try out #1 and #2 and it just so happened that Finch and Fork was #1. We arrived early for our reservation, so we had a drink at the bar and were greeted by Sebastian. He was very personable and knowledgeable and we felt that he cared and enjoyed what he does for his customers. We were then greeted by the manager and escorted to our table and wished my husband a Happy Birthday. Oddly enough, our waiter also was the person who served us breakfast at the hotel we were staying at. Being in the hotel industry myself, this was very common for food and beverage employees to work at multiple establishments. Since we had viewed the menu while sitting at the bar, we already knew what we wanted to order for dinner. We had the F&F Deviled Eggs, Black Garlic Caesar, Fried Chicken and Hope Ranch Mussels. Everything was amazing and delicious. We would definitely refer this restaurant to our family and friends.

Made a bad hire with the new sous chef. Don't waste your time. Need an executive chef.

I enjoyed my brunch at Finch & Fork.

One of the reasons why I chose this place was for their rooftop dining. When I made reservations on OpenTable, I was confused at the seating options. I tried calling, but no one picked up and frankly my friend and I wanted to try this place anyway.

The rooftop dining was only during the height of the pandemic. The dining room is now only by the lobby.

The decor is nice. Definitely shows that it’s a hotel restaurant. But service was very nice and we got our food quickly.

I got the shakshuka, and it was yummy. The eggs were nicely poached - the yolk was runny and added a richness to the spicy tomato sauce. I like the chucks of avocado. The bread with the tomato sauce, egg yolk, and avocado was the perfect bite.

Many patrons took advantage of their bottomless mimosa deal, and I think that’s the biggest draw. I ordered coffee and that was nice on a cool Fiesta morning.

I think this is a nice place to dine if you’re staring at the hotel. Otherwise, as someone who frequents Santa Barbara, I might not go out of my way to dine here. The menu has mostly a standard brunch fare. And maybe there’s standout dishes their dinner menu. But I’d pass on brunch unless you want bottomless mimosas.

Classy spot with great food and incredible service. We visited to try the new Vegan items on their SB Vegan Chef challenge menu, and we were not disappointed. We got the tostadas from the challenge menu + the mushroom dan dan noodles and the beluga lentils from their normal dinner menu. It was all out of this world delicious. I would go back for the dan dan noodles everyday if I could. They also have amazing mocktails and NA beer. I tried the Spicy AF mocktail with zero proof tequila and was pleasantly surprised. We went on a Monday evening and it was pretty quiet so we got above and beyond service from our server and the manager. The location is stunning. The walk down to the bathroom is gorgeous. I’d come back anytime!

Robert the manager was very welcoming and friendly. The drinks were good, but took a long time. The salads were delicious, but our entrees took about 45 minutes after our salads. It seemed as if the waiter didn't actually put the order in because it took saying something to the manager to get anything moving. Overall the sea bass was better than average, but didn't stand out. The scallops were good quality, but they drowned them in too much parmesan. Don't think we'll be going back. Definitely don't go here if you need to make it to a show at a certain time.

Lovely venue inside a boutique hotel in downtown Santa Barbara. Excellent service and interesting menu with several tasty vegan options (which was important because our group had carnivores and vegans dining together). It was definitely upscale, and this was definitely reflected in the prices. They could at least not charge for basic bread.

Robert was a most pleasant and elegant host/manager. He later came to check on our table to assure everything was meeting our expectations. We ordered the grilled octopus w/ mole sauce, mussels in coconut curry sauce, pasta w/ beef, and prime rib. All dishes were perfectly prepared and completely divine. Our server, Doyle, and his assistant Melanie, were both adorable and professional w/ impeccable service timing. I highly recommend Finch & Fork for your next fine dining experience. Well done F&F!

The food is delicious, but most memorable for us in addition to the beauty of this restaurant is the people! I want to specifically recognize and appreciate the Manager & Host Robert. What a wonderful disposition - rare these days, so all the more treasured. I have only positive things to say about this dining experience.

I had the tomato soup which was good but nothing special followed by the short ribs which were excellent. My wife had the cauliflower which was again excellent followed by the salmon which was nothing special. For dessert I had the banana milkshake which was good but not worth the price, the wife had the strawberry curd which was disappointing. The cauliflower and short ribs were a standout but overall the meal was not worth the cost. $200 with tip was the most expensive meal we've had in Santa Barbara so far. Try the Lark in the funk zone half the price and just as good.

Great experience and service! We had a great family reunion and they're able to accommodate us with our request without a problem ?Food is great and the mimosas for our BRUNCH complemented our meal. Thank you ?

The food server was nice, and she was helpful. The happy hour Flatbread thing with caramelized onions was yummy. We were just there for a short time, then had to be at a different location.

Not sure why this place has 5 stars...we had NY steak that was undercooked and super chewy, hamachi which was very bland and Burrata salad which was somewhat average. We were disappointed in food quality.

My SO and I were in town for a show at the Bowl, made a rsv here for early dinner and it was spectacular! I started with their special tomatoes veloute soup and it was simply Devine! My SO had a salad, trying to stay within healthy boundaries and it was beautiful and so fresh and delicious! For my entree, I ordered the mussels and they were so perfect in the most scrumptious curry broth with toasted bread wedges, Yumm! My SO had the diver scallops and they were cooked to perfection, we both enjoyed all of the items we chose very much! Service was super friendly and efficient and the restaurant was very clean and super clean and pretty! Great location, excellent by all accounts! Will definitely return next trip to SB?????
