We ate at a table by the sidewalk. Got sun, air. Just a short way off state street. NICE bathrooms. Likeable staff.
Wheelchair accessibility: Pulled up there in a scooter, lots of room.
Newly moved into their new spot Fresco Cafe delivers the same great food as always. The new location is just off state St and nextdoor to the Lobero theater and in the heart of downtown Santa Barbara. Great food, great pricing, and great service
Food was great, I had the goat cheese salad.Atmosphere was noisy they need someway to dampen the noise of people talking.Service was great (you order and pay at the register) everyone was helpful and the manager was very attentive and nice.
New location on Canon Perdido works, as parking lot is adjacent. Food is good and half portions work very well. Please bring back the really good French bread which made the restaurant outstanding!
The new location for Fresco is outstanding and close to many places of interest in downtown Santa Barbara. Order at the counter and take a seat and they will bring it to you. Good service ??
One of the best restaurants in Santa Barbara. Always delicious! I’ve never had a bad or mediocre meal here, ever! Everything is prepared with fresh ingredients and just the right amount of seasoning. Great soups and chowder to die for. Love this restaurant!
This place, like most Santa Barbara restaurants is clueless about good food. They almost always use too much oil or over salt. What’s worse is that everything tastes the same. Whenever I have eaten here I get the sense that they’re just trying to cut corners and save money by using cheap, low quality ingredients. The desserts always look better than they taste. The staff seem friendly but spaced out. Lots of students who just don’t care about the job. I don’t know how they’ve been in business for as long as they have.
It was first time visiting this peaceful and beautiful place with a nice ambiance. I enjoyed the service , quality and the price.
great food awesome service friendly environment
My experience with the food has been a solid 5 both take out and on site and I go there 3 to 4 times a month . My observation is the appearance of the restaurant is in need of s serious cleaning, painting and overall sprucing up. The deterioratingpatio needs to be replaced.

I came cause I know the food is good. The girl that took my order didn't seem happy to be there. The other girl behind the register looked pist off to be therr. They told me 20 minutes for our order. 45 minutes later I asked about our food and the girl said for me to go check around the corner for it. She NEVER instructed me at the beginning that pick up was elsewhere or much less a sign. Their communication is horrible. I should have known that service was going to be bad when we saw someone else storm out tells us, "Good luck with the service!"
The chicken wrap was too big, with overly large chunks of white chicken, a tough chew with out much taste. The plain ice tea was good - which is hard to find. Had to request ketchup for fries as well as hot sauce. Very pleasant setting outside, even though surrounded by a parking lot.
Fresco ran out of special sandwich tonite. Waiter approached me without menu to ask me what I will want instead. I ordered a cheeseburger. I said twice no avocado ?. They correctly left it out of the tortilla soup ? well here’s the photos of my to be allergy.
Just so disappointed lately. I spend $70 on dinner for my family, and the last 3 Times. the orders have been wrong. That’s $210 dollars of food that no one ate. I will be disputing the charges with my bank. No More.
I don’t want to say too much about this one because I want to be able to find a seat! Simply the best… we love everything about Fresco! I could eat here every day.
