Today, we have called since 2pm, every 30-minutes. NO ONE ANSWERS. This also happened, last month, exactly the same. So again, we will place our food order, with another restaurant. Maybe one day, they will care about customer service and actually ANSWER their phones, for profit.

Look…I know that there are different types of pizza…but for what these people are charging for a large pepperoni pizza there are far better options in Santa Barbara that’s all I’ll say.

It’s like being in a New York shop smack in the middle of Santa Barbara. Been meaning to try this spot for awhile as they highly recommend it on Reddit.

I would def go back, I’d prob order my own pie next time instead of slices. Overall this place is def worth trying if you haven’t gave it a whirl

The Pizza is Great. However after being here multiple times the customer service is unfortunately terrible, very rude & cold. On one occasion they accused one of my friends for using a fake discount, even though it was with corporate benefits. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. However, they then proceeded to say it was NOT their job to contact the appropriate people to verify said discount. On another occasion another of my friends placed a pizza order for his wedding. The woman at the register was very kind, however the same guy's in the background consistently interrupted & made comments insinuating that his requests were ridiculous & impracticable & hinted potentially going elsewhere. If it wasn't for the GREAT pizza I would have definitely rated them much much lower.

So, where do I start? The pizza is amazing and delicious! No doubt about that. However, the customer service is getting worse from visit to visit. We booked them for our weeding about 2 years ago and everyone loved their pizza. I believe her name was Loren who was such a sweetheart and helped up make our day so special. But with every visit there after, the service gets more and more rude! I have corporate benefits through my company and they are clearly listed on the app. The person at the register refused to even listen to what I had to say about the discount and rather accused me of showing a “fake” coupon! The statement was as clear as it can be that the coupon is fake. When I told them that’s it’s not fake, they may want to contact the company who apparently stole their information and are advertising that Gino’s Pizzeria in Santa Barbara is having a coupon to corporate benefits members, he instantly said that it’s not his job to do that! I hope he did not except a tip after this humiliation! To top it off, after we went outside to wait for the pizza, we heard him talking to his coworkers about how ridiculous my question about the coupon was! The only ridiculous and sad part is that he should probably not be doing any type of customer service!
