Came in for an antipasto salad to share. We needed 2 more people. The large was really large. It was loaded with lots of meat, cheese and all the goodness it should have. The picture is after 2 big servings were taken out of it.
Best pizza in SB you won’t be disappointed.
Terrible service ordered a pizza and poppers to get some one else’s order attempted to get a refund they gave me back 10 dollars for a 50 dollar order
One of the best pizzas in town
Honestly, went here after 15 years, just moved back to town. I remembered it being good! Got a pizza, really mid at best. Toppings barely cooked, cheese barely melted, dough seemed like that pre baked dough from the grocery store. Flavors off too. The wings were somehow overcooked and undercooked at the same time, dry and slimy. Meatballs… how long have they been in the freezer? Hate to see it, but Giovanni’s seems to have really gone down hill. 2 stars for a very solid ranch dressing.
They have the most amazing food. They make their ranch dressing in house. I went back and bought a bottle before we left Santa Barbara. The service was great.
I have been ordering pizza here most of my life. No more. I thought that maybe now that they have an app to order through, they'd get my order right. Wrong. Worse. I did not get anything close to what I ordered. I wrote my simple requests twice as I checked out, and none of my requests were honored. Our pizza today is their usual garbage. Last one ever. Domino's is better. How's that?
I would give this a negative star rating if I could. A waitress, whom I suspect has mental difficulties, brought me a second glass of wine without asking. I had sufficient funds to pay the bill, but it left me shy enough money for a good tip. I did not confront the woman or make any sort of scene. The next time I came in for lunch, she would not greet me. She slammed my food on the table. I actually would have ordered something additional, but she gave me the check in a huff. I was flabbergasted at her attitude. I felt justified in making a comment to the table across from me where she was spending a lot of time. I called the manager/owner to let him know how terrible I had been treated. Instead of an apology, I was told not to come back. I was also told that I had confronted her in a nasty manner when, in fact, I hadn't said a word to her. I will not return, and I would suggest that other people avoid this horrible place. I have never been so insulted before.

I'm sorry, but this is not Italian food at all. It is worst than food from any cheap fast food place. The marinara sauce in the pasta was just indescribable; runny, tastes like tabasco, bitter, I just dont know what that was. The pasta overcooked. The salad just lettuce with some sort of shredded cheap cheese. They fill up the pizza with ingredients, but it was soggy and it tasted like nothing. I cant tell what type of dough it is. And it was expensive, for sure for what it was.
The only good quality was the kind young cashier. Excellent costumer service. But the food quality makes it impossible to go back. The food also took a long time.

Surprisingly good pizza! Got the margarita and it was so flavorful, plus the crust was absolutely delicious. I would recommend if you get the mozzarella sticks, to eat them as soon as possible. Waited to eat them while we drove like 15 minutes home and it was a bit soggy, but the flavor was great! Wish we would have had them sooner. Service was friendly. Would recommend!

I have been getting the Spaghetti special pretty religously for the last six years. Use to play video games there on my lunch break. One of my favorite spots have went down hill big time. Prices change 7:50 to 13.00 no warning. Very little sauce. Just overall bad product. Bag is always leaking too. Gotten other things there aswell that are passable but not impressed. Better of just getting a salad. Probably won't ever eat there again unfortunatley. On a positive note video games are still fun and the beers reasonably priced. Recommend going there for a quick video game and a drink. Super disapponted and sadden by the end of an era of superb spaghetti and pac-man esk nostalgia.
