Came here to get a mini beef bowl and was really disappointed. I opened it up and saw barely any beef. It was half beef half onions no vegetables. The rice was less than half the bowl. I only found two tiny pieces of broccoli. I only got to eat like two small bites of the beef. There was still space in the bowl so they could have added a little bit more. Please add more to the bowl. Fill it to the top. I don’t want to see and half empty bowl when I’m paying 11.50$ for a bowl. Really super disappointed.

Man what a drop in quality. Over 90 minutes before closing and no sauces, no veggies or side dips, no beef, no spicy chicken. Feels like theyre genuinely trying to push people out. Skip the visit and go somewhere you'll get your money's worth

It’s a good spot for a quick and easy meal but not really special if that’s what you’re looking for

Zero customer service. You have to order from a kiosk and there's no other menu in the store. The beef is sinuous and pale, the "veggies" are just boiled cabbage. Also the kiosk asked me which toppings I want and the food arrived with nothing, when I asked I was told to do it myself at the topping bar.The kitchen is deliberately hidden away with obscured glass partitions, and I just heard the staff laughing and chatting while I'm putting my own toppings on.The idea has potential and would probably work very well as a Chipotle-style, build-your-own setup with more customer interface.

I arrived from a trip and it was one of the few restaurants open in the city. I ordered a Chicken Bowl without any changes and extra Green onions and extra Teriyaki sauce to goThey only gave me chicken rice and I only saw it when I arrived at my hotel.Avoid if in Santa Barbara!Clean environment!

Food is okay for price point. I would go if you're able to speak Spanish. I used to go about twice a week, the portion sizes kept getting smaller and smaller. It became almost all rice and little meat and
