This was my go to coffee spot when I went to school here. 10 years later it's still a must stop when passing through Santa Barbara. The owners care about their customers and the coffee is great.

The kind of coffee shop I'd frequent regularly if I lived in the area. I appreciate how early they're open since I am an early riser and need coffee right away when I get up. The staff were friendly, the selection of pastries is excellent, the coffee tastes fantastic and the interior is cool. It's also large which makes me think even when it's busy, there should be seating for everyone. Though it wasn't crowded when I was in to order takeaway coffee.

Both hot and iced coffees were subpar. I consistently have better coffee at Starbucks. VERY expensive too.Service was fine but half the tables were dirty.Atmosphere was very modern but bland.
Out of a million coffee shops in SB, this one seems to have the best vibe. I kept going back here on my visit. Love the outdoor setting next to the Mission and delicious pastries next door.
