I'm editing my previous review. On point food. Good cooks. Great service.

I do a LOT of meal prep and seldom go out. This place is a gem and obviously an institution.

Simple food is hard to do, and they do it well.

Talk about old school. Steakhouse/ Frank Sinatra vibe. Their drinks they poor, very generously, so be prepared. Excellent! Their service is outstanding and the atmosphere is old style. Cool.

A group of my friends treated me to dinner at Harry's on s Friday night. They have lived in SB for decades. This is their favorite casual hang and I now know why. Great vibe, food and drinks.

The service started out excellent but our server was sent home before we left. So we cashed out so she could get her tip. We were not done yet. We still wanted to order desert and additional drinks. No one ever came to check on us after that. I tried waving people down and were just ignored. I finally had to grab a Manager to ask them to send someone over. The food is still another story. I ordered a grilled sandwich that was so soggy that it was inedible, the frys were cold etc. Had to send it back. All that being said- I probably won't go back for a long time. So sad because the food used to be soooo much better!

Came in for an evening dinner. This has classic vibes all around. Similar to the Brown Derby of the I Love Lucy era. Service was cool and food was worth the trip. If anything you must have the steak bites. Would recommend for a family dinner or private date .

I have been coming here for years. It's a favorite place for the locals. Largest restaurant in town. Not super fancy, but the food is good with decent portions. Also known for their very strong drinks.

After many excellent evenings at Harry’s I had a meal that will make me think twice about returning. My medium to rare steak was charcoal crunchy on the outside and medium interior. Baked potato was blackened skin and not fully cooked. That was a 37.00 dollar meal. Service good. Disappointed.

Old school, Santa Barbara. It feels like it could be in San Francisco.

I’d been meaning to try this restaurant for a while, and we finally had the chance. From the moment we walked in, we felt the warmth of the place, the staff greeted us warmly, and we were seated at a cozy booth, perfect for our family. The atmosphere was welcoming and family-friendly, which we really appreciated.

We ordered the lasagna, roast beef, chicken tenders, and a burger. Everything was tasty, but the standout was definitely the roast beef, perfectly tender and juicy, paired with rich, flavorful gravy and moist mashed potatoes. It was all delicious and surprisingly affordable. A great spot for a relaxed family meal!
