Adele was our server today. He was amazing, the cashier woman working, the bussers, and the rest of the staff are all stellar. I’ve never had a bag experience here, and regularly do business meetings here. The employees are hardworking, sweet, and kind people who make it worth it eating at a chain restaurant.

The pancakes were very good. I ordered the protein pancakes, although the prices for these pancakes are definitely more expensive than you would think overall Good experience and customer service was great.

I arrived with my family to eat, along with a legally identified service dog. First, the employee took my ID and walked away with my card—I don't even know where they went. Then the owner told me that everything was fine, but that the dog had to stay hidden under the table, EVEN THOUGH IT'S A PERFECTLY TRAINED SERVICE DOG. Obviously, I didn’t stay to eat in a place where I'm not welcome. That’s why SB is going downhill in everyone's eyes, day by day.

They served the food quickly so i assume they keep the food frozen. The taste was great for some dishes and average for some dishes.
Was excited to try the chicken biscuit sandwich. In theory it’s everything I want in a breakfast - biscuit, gravy, fried chicken, hash browns, and a side of fries… unfortunately the delicately stacked layers of crispy potato and chicken came out soft and mushy. Eating the way-too-tall sandwich was like trying to chew a brick of wet sand. The fries too, while golden brown and crispy looking in the photo, were bland and soft like frozen fries cooked in the microwave. Moral is… don’t trust the photos at IHOP, I guess. I like the tree in the middle of the restaurant, and the service was great.
