The asian lady with black her is extremely rude. I don’t know if she runs it or not but every time i’ve been there iv received nothing but passive aggressiveness. I do not recommend going and I would totally go more if the employee wasn’t rude every single time.

I have ordered for gifts a few times and they are easy to schedule and on time with warm cookies. Geneva in Santa Barbara gave the best customer service after I messed up. 5 stars for her! Such friendly service. Recommend when you want to send a special treat to someone or treat yourself.
