Birthday delivery FAIL. Website says cookies are delivered on time and warm. Turns out they use door dash and then can't even communicate with the driver. When I called at 9pm to see why the cookies weren't delivered at 5pm, the person on the phone told me that I should contact door dash to find out. WTH! I paid $42 for 12 cookies to be delivered by them (not door dash!) and this is the service that I get? Never again! Update: they never refunded me and now I have to spend my time disputing it.

We came here for dessert after dinner on Thursday the 14th while town in Santa Barbara. This place stays open late, which I'm sure they get some good business late at night when all other options are closed. They have nice variety of cookies, & are constantly baking them fresh. You can also get an ice cream sandwich or ice cream on top of a cookie too. Snickerdoodle is my go to.

I went on a Monday evening around 8 PM. The staff was really friendly and the place was really clean. Got some cookies and a brownie and it’s sooooo delicious and warm if you eat right away! Highly recommend for a sweet treat.

Me and my girlfriend and my son sit there for five minutes. We were acknowledged by the employees and told us to wait. We waited there for five minutes and no one even took our order. There is even an employee that went to use the restroom instead of helping us. We decided to leave the store. Management please fix this this is so embarrassing. and throughout this, you can hear that. I'm just having a conversation in the back. If you can hire children to run a Store, just make sure they're properly trained to service grown-up adults.

Lots of vegan cookie options! Great place to grab a cookie or ice cream and know you're getting a variety of options. It's nice to go to a place and have more than one vegan option. Got a chocolate chunk one and cold brew cookie (both vegan) and they were good. There's also an option to make your own ice cream sandwich. They're warm and have that half baked vibe to them. Good cookie good options.

Ohh do I absolutely love a freshly baked chocolate chip cookie that is warm and gooey in the middle and crispy around the edges- yummy! Insomnia Cookies has nailed it. It was such a pleasure to stumble upon this store on our visit to Santa Barbara. I have heard people say that Insomnia has wayyyy better cookies than Crumbl and the people are right. I had the chocolate chunk, oatmeal chocolate chip and snickerdoodle (not all in one sitting-lol). These cookies are delicious. They were out of the brownies so we didn't get a chance to taste those but I'm a cookie girl so I was happy with the cookies. The service was good and kind. I'm looking forward to more insomnia cookies in my future.

My fiancé loves cookies so we have been here quite a few times on Tuesdays when we walk down State street farmers market or when we decide to walk in town instead of going hiking. The service has always been great. The cookies have always been warm and good. The ambiance is always clean and they always have the air conditioning on which is great. It is also a late night stop since it stays open till around 2 am.
