Tuesday around 2pm, not a rush day or time at all, sat down at the bar for at least 7 to 10 minutes, not one employee approached me to ask if I wanted something to drink,eat, etc.
I noticed a few others sitting there at tables and the bar, no attention to them at all, drinks were almost empty etc.
The employees (4 ) that I could see, seemed more into their own laughter and discussions than giving attention to customers.
I noticed two employees, male, walking through the kitchen doing the same thing.
I walked out, went elsewhere.
New to area, etc, maybe this is normal here?
Hopefully management may pay more attention to the customers than the waiters themselves.
Just my first impressions and I'll try again next week perhaps?

Our waitress, Sophie, was the nicest ever! I have a gluten allergy, and she helped out so much with what was safe and what was not! The fries were the best I've have in a long time (and I haven't had gluten free fries eating out)! I wish there was one closer to us!

I've been spending a lot of time back home due to a parents illness and recent passing.
My sister and I always make a point of getting a burger at Islands. The Mushroom Swiss and a side of Onion rings does the trick. Never a disappointment and we always leave stuffed!

Burgers are almost $20. Service is slow. Waitress seemed really displeased with having to wait on us. We'll go to the Habit next time.

This is one of our favorite places to go. We can count on great food and great service. It's not too quiet, so you don't feel like you need to whisper, and it's not too loud, so you don't feel like you need to shout out your conversation.
