Full marks for a well run restaurant that is clean, tidy, and very well served. The food was top notch, and there was plenty of convenient free parking nearby.

Their Toucan chicken sandwich is really really good. Make sure to ask for extra napkins, you'll need them. Cobb salad and tempura green beans great too. Those are my favs and only thing I order so can't speak for rest of the menu. Casual, clean, bar atmosphere, lots of TV's with surfing and snow boarding. Pleasant staff.

This Islands location has very polite staff and great food. Many TV monitors to play surf videos and sports games. The manager is also very attentive and delivers food as well as answers questions with dietary restrictions.
Dietary restrictions: My daughter has severe celiac disease and this Islands location is extremely accommodating to her needs.
Kid-friendliness: Lots of entertaining videos of surfing as well as other sports to keep the kids entertained.

Very pleasantly surprised! Heard about their Tuesday Specials and 'Under $12/lunches' from 11-2 M-F, so hopped on over. Had the double smash burgers, cooked to perfection, and the fries were crispy fresh and delicious. Mai Tai's for $5.99 and the server/bartender was so courteous, fun and helpful!! Will be back at those deals!! :)

We have missed having an Islands in Folsom, CA, since they closed all the ones in our area a few years ago. We were so excited to find one while traveling. It did not disappoint! We just keep hoping they'll come back to Folsom someday soon!

James is one of the managers who trains his staff to deliver a great customer experience. The food has consistently food quality. We really like the chicken wings, burgers, and tortilla soup. Our friends like the spinach and artichoke dip as well. This has been a regular hangout.
