Placed an order on the app and went to pick it up. The store doors were barricaded with chairs and employees were just standing around inside. I never got my food and it is impossible to get a refund. Contacting customer service is useless and the representative that reached out said they would give me a refund and never did. Horrible experience. This isn't the first time they were closed during business hours at this location.

Vegetarian options: Almost nothing but fries is vegetarian. When I asked for the impossible burger (apparently they had it a few years ago) they looked at me like I was insane.

Food is overpriced at about double as what it's worth. The inside felt a little too dirty to be paying a premium. No service at the counter after waiting 5 minutes.
Spend $5 more and go to a nicer restaurant. Jack in the Box isn't worth this.
