Huge selection of bagels and sandwiches to choose from. We got the protein bagel sandwich with sausage on the jalapeño bagel. They put cream cheese and American cheese to go with the sausage and eggs. My wife got a dirty chai and said it was delicious. I stuck with the traditional coffee which was a good blend. Highly recommend you try when in town.
I think it was a bit over price
Excellent Asiago cheese bagels and they have salmon cream cheese! I thought 16 dollars was a bit steep for 2 bagels, toasted with cream cheese but then this is California.
Super overpriced. Bagels are small and mediocre. They also got my order wrong.
I would’ve given a 5 star review but the rite aid cashier had better energy then whoever was at the cash this morning, around 9:30am.

I was hosting an early morning office staff meeting and wanted to provide breakfast. Jack's was a hit with everyone. Easy pre-order process, order was correctly prepared and ready at the designated pick-up time (still hot), and packaged in a way to allow for easy distribution at the meeting. I ordered a variety of the B-eggles, and every single flavor got rave reviews, no leftovers. Big shout-out to Randy for taking, processing, and helping me organize my pre-order!

In my opinion they have the best bagels I’ve ever had! And I’ve had NYC bagels many times! I literally toast them or heat them in the microwave for 30 seconds and eat them as is, no cream cheese, no butter, just the way they are! I get any of the bagels with the cheddar cheese baked on them (chedder with onions, jalapeño or sun dried tomatoes) nom nom!! They melt in your mouth!

We waited over 30 minutes for a B-Eggl and a breakfast burrito. We wanted to add bacon to the B-Eggl which was an additional $5 for a few pieces of bacon. I was expecting a few bucks, but $5?? On top of that, we were up charged for picking a jalepeno bagel for the B-Eggl.
The food was decent, but between the long wait and the up charges, I don't think we'll be rushing back anytime soon.

I ordered a bagel paid five dollars for it, then they reached around and opened the bag for the day old stuff. And made me that. The daily old bagels were three for 2 dollars. When I questioned why they took my bagel out of the dale section she said something like oh we do this when we run out but clearly the case was stuffed with fresh bagels. Oh well, I just found it irritating. I even tipped.
Patio seating, fast service. Tried the bomb breakfast burrito was delicious. Would definitely return when in town

My party of 5 adults and one baby got charged 20% gratuity fee. One of the adults didnt even order food. I don't believe that a 20% extra tax on food we already pay a tax on is necessary.

Stopped by Jacks on our way to the SB Mission. Fresh beagles, strong coffee. Get the bacon egg and cheese if you want something hardy. Nice staff!
