Tried this place for the 1st time on our trip to Santa Barbara. This place is awesome. I was expecting very touristy food, but it was absolutely delicious. Great location.

Best Benedict’s and scones in town. Fantastic hollandaise sauce. No need to go to UK for real fabulous authentic mind the gap scones! Wonderful location facing ocean with fabulous outdoor patio overlooking the wharf. Just a delightful breakfast spot, probably best in Santa Barbara. Family business with 3 locations that is very diligent in quality of offerings. Friendly and wonderful staff as well. Go Jeannine’s I’m your #1 fan!

The tri tip in the benedict is flat iron steak, which really is a good of explaining whats odd about the place -

It looks great, but the 5$ regulae coffee has no refills.

You have stand inline for a table, unless you are ok with cutting which most other people are.

Great location near the pier, great food and very nice staff.

A favorite brunch place. Everything we've tried tastes great, but my favorite is the lobster benedict (weekend special) and fresh squeezed orange juice. Their drinks and pastries are good too. What makes this place amazing is the location and atmosphere. It's a great place to take visitors, then walk over to the pier.

Amazing location, delicious breakfast and great service. Jeannine's is in a great location close to the water with tons of seating. We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast and can't wait to return. Crispy hash browns, burrito Raja, and a killer omelette were our picks. Can't recommend enough

Pastries and baked goods are fantastic. Plated breakfasts and food from the grill deceptively attractive but underwhelming. Service lacking any polish or consideration (order at counter line whether eating there or taking to go), paper cups for in-house coffee drinks , self-serve water for dining area, dropping food off (messy/drippy plates and all) and never checking back in). This was all at and exclusive to old Eladios location at 1. State St. The one mid-State is a whole other experience and anything it might lack in location, it makes up for in quality of service, local vibe (vs oblivious tourist trap of Shoreline) and I swear, that more positive, laid-back and friendly atmosphere makes the food taste better. Simple breakfast for the 5 of us cost $150 and one of us had just a bowl of oatmeal. On top of that, the coffee was bitter and made for the worst Irish Coffee I've ever tried to drink.

We had an unforgettable stop in Santa Barbara during our trip from Los Angeles to Carmel. This beachside gem, with its peach-colored umbrellas and breathtaking water views, was absolutely stunning. The food was delicious, but what truly made the experience special was Jorge’s exceptional service. He was incredibly attentive, made us feel so welcomed, and added such warmth to our visit. It’s a place with a perfect blend of charm, beauty, and hospitality. Thank you, Jorge, for making our day so memorable!

You have to get in line to order but no big deal. It goes really quick. The location is great. Amazing views you can even hear the water. It was clean and definitely a local favorite. Outside seating was amazing. Next best thing to being on the beach. My huevos rancheros was great. Came out hot. The staff was friendly.
