Diego was honestly super awesome! Super friendly, made it easy to order while making my order good. I ordered The #26 and it came out so good and the whole experience was smooth and welcoming honestly the customer service reminded me of In-N-Out. I used to go to the State Street location, but after this visit, I’ll only be coming to the Turnpike location. Diego definitely made the difference!

I ordered catering from Jersey Mike’s and Diego made sure everything was absolutely excellent. I was impressed with the extra care Diego showed! He personally walked the catering boxes out to my car, which was incredibly helpful and thoughtful. He was so kind, going above and beyond. Outstanding service and amazing catering experience.

Jersey Mike’s never disappoints, but this location truly stood out. From the moment I walked in, the store was spotless hands down the cleanest restaurant I’ve been in. Every surface, and table looked immaculate. Diego was friendly, efficient, and clearly took pride in keeping the store so well maintained. My sandwich was made fresh, tasted amazing, and the overall experience was top notch. It’s refreshing to see a place that puts so much care into cleanliness and customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back to this Jersey Mike’s and recommending it to others!

My roommate and I were fixing for a good sandwich so we decided to stop by This Jersey Mikes near our place. As soon as we entered we were greeted by a kind gentleman who gracefully answered all of our questions. I asked are your sandwiches better toasted or cold? I am interrupted by a voice from the corner of the store “Our sandwiches are better cold” says District Manager Josh Lopez with full certainty. I ask for a cold cut turkey provolone “Mikes Way”, and after watching the pure craft and skill of the sandwich artist I knew I was in for a treat. When I tell you this incredibly exceeded my expectations, such a well crafted sandwich that genuinely might have brought a tear to my eye. I am honestly amazed at this overall experience, I would 100% recommend going here!

This was my first time ever dining at a Jersey Mike’s in all 18 years of living, and let me just say, I was blown away. Initially, I was expecting a subpar-sub, like one you’d get a subway, but Jersey Mike’s clearly doesn’t take “a sub above” lightly. First off, the employees did an excellent job at guiding me through what I should get as a first-timer. I had the “original Italian” sandwich, and it was delectable. I was treated to a free cookie, and good vibes all around. If Jersey Mike’s goal was to create a repeat customer out of me, then they did the job. Thank you Jersey Mike, 5-stars.

I would like to give a shout out to Diego at the Turnpike location in Goleta. He went above and beyond to make sure I had a good restaurant experience and that my order was perfect. He was so accommodating and friendly! It is apparent that he really cares about his job and his customers! Great job Diego!
