Though not a snooty traditional steakhouse, Jill's Place managed to produce top notch steaks and pasta. Have not had a better filet mignon. The pesto pasta was very well received and was loaded with artichoke hearts. Highlight: the bacon topped potato skins. Great garlic bread. Wine list was pretty truncated and two out of three selections were TERRIBLE. Somewhat overpriced to boot. Be forewarned. +Mushroom side was not spectacular--plenty of shrooms but no saucing or spicing. Fine, attentive service. Easy nearby parking.
The food was amazing, and so was rhw service! Highly recommend.

Best split pea soup ever! It’s got to be the bacon. And the atmosphere is great. I am going back.

If you like a vintage steakhouse with authentic photos of Santa Barbara's Wild West past and a delicious cocktail and a big juicy steak and lobster dinner, go here! Not too expensive, not stuffy, just extremely good food and very professional staff. This is my new favorite place.

Food was absolutely delicious and service was amazing the server came by multiple times to top off our waters. Dinner entrees are served with soup salad and a side all while the portion sizes were just perfect. would absolutely come back again and recommend it to anyone!!!!

Second time eating here. Excellent Filet Mignon. Perfectly cooked, tender and flavorful. Great pea soup, tasty garlic bread and a fresh salad. Enough food to take sone home for lunch the next day and it was just as good. The service was great. Comfortable place with lots of locals. Went for brunch the first time and the breakfast was very good. Perfectly cooked eggs and pancakes. Will be back soon.

I’ll be honest. I could have eaten anything in Santa Barbara. I hadn’t eaten anything since 9am and it was 5pm when I arrived in Santa Barbara. I walked one mile away because of the great things I heard about Jill’s Place. And you know what? I was not disappointed! I was stoked and impressed greatly 🥰😁 I had two wonderful, dazzling, and sweet waitresses (lucky me!). I was served a yummy chicken breast sandwich and it was the best one I had ever! No seriously! It wasn’t too salty and the bread was golden brown and ready to be munched on. The tator tots had the perfect texture. It’s almost as I had food from some amazing restaurant, which, hello, I did 😅 The place was packed, since it was Fiesta, but I imagine it always is. It sucks I live 45 minutes from this great establishment. The atmosphere was fun and a little country, but I love that. It’s casual, and not some elegant place like Lucky’s is. I’d still show up in a suit, if I could and would. Definitely check this place out and ask for the two blonde sisters who work there. They’ll dazzle you with their charm and diction 😉 Hope to be back again one day!

Great spot with delicious food.
My wife and I love going to Jill's, see you there.
Excellent place, delicious food, very good atmosphere and spectacular service
Not bad; portions were a little small but quite tasty; they missed my avocado but made me pay for it still, and a bit slow.
Always a delight to dine at this cozy, unpretentious restaurant tucked out of the way from the tourist throngs.
