Not bad; portions were a little small but quite tasty; they missed my avocado but made me pay for it still, and a bit slow.

Always a delight to dine at this cozy, unpretentious restaurant tucked out of the way from the tourist throngs.

appetizer bacon wrap jalapeños was really good

Spit pea soup was ok like good flavor but peas were undercooked so it was crunchy.

Side salad was ok one tomato and two cucumber but what can you expect.

Meatloaf was ok bland but heavy. The Au jus it came with was good and I wish they soaked the meatloaf in that to reheat and then a thicker glaze would have been nice. Potatoe cake was good nice favor.

Braised short ribs was not what I’m use to. I’m use to Asian style short ribs that are tender but still intact and texture is more gelatin melt in your mouth. This was more pot roast tender with long strands of beef.

Kids ate the pasta. Um yeah not good.

Great service.

Relaxed dining. Food is great. Drinks are great. No parking really.

Parking: You'll have to look for parking, and walk a bit. Totally worth doing so.

The food was delicious. The atmosphere has an old fashioned charm, however, when it fills up it gets loud! The boneless short ribs were soft and delicious and the drinks are stiff. The entrees we had have a nastolgic feel that came with split pea soup, salad, veggies, and rice.

It was the worst dining experience I've ever had. I asked for a medium-well steak, and it was way too overcooked. When I returned it, the steak came back grey and completely raw on the inside. I regularly go to steak houses and know how to order a steak properly, and I have never had this issue. This restaurant used to be a favorite, but I will never be returning. The quality of the steak was horrible. I paid about 50 dollars for my meal and left hungry.
