This KFC visit was disappointing. The chicken was undercooked and pink, which is unacceptable. The mashed potatoes were bland and tasted terrible, and the mac and cheese tasted like something you’d buy prepackaged at the store—definitely not what I expected from a fast-food restaurant. The only saving grace was the drink, which was decent. Honestly, I won’t be coming back.

We had a really nice experience at the KFC in Santa Barbara. Right off the bat, the owner or manager came out to bring our food to the table himself. He did not need to bring to the table for a fast food store. That personal touch is not something you see a lot these days, and it made the whole meal feel more welcoming.
Feeding a family of six can be pricey, especially in Santa Barbara. So finding a place where we could all sit down, enjoy a hot meal, and stay on budget? That was a win. The food was tasty, the portions were solid, and everyone walked out full.
Small spot, and seating tight when it’s busy, but it still felt cozy. We managed to grab a table and have a proper family meal together, which was a nice break during a long travel day.
Parking was snug, but I squeezed our Suburban in just fine. The building’s older, but that’s pretty normal for this area. The restroom was clean, which any parent knows is a small miracle when you’ve got four kids in tow.
The extra crispy chicken was just right, hot, crunchy, full of flavor, and not overly greasy. Classic KFC done right. Good meal with great service and real value for families. We’ll definitely swing by again next time we’re in town.

The absolute worst vibes ever. The lady on register stoped when it was my turn and said “I’m tired” got a cup of soda and sat down and I had to wait for someone to help me with a pick up order that should have been ready over 20 minutes ago. The supervisor or manager has the worst tone with his customers.

Hire more staff or schedule more employees to work the dinner rush hour. You have two employees handling the cash register and preparing food.
The employees are doing such a great job handling such a stressful situation.

The store seems to be really understaffed and while the staff was friendly they’re unable to meet customer satisfactions due to longer than average wait times.
We had pizza we had to take the food back cuz I ordered dark meat eight-piece dark meat that's thighs and legs and we wind up getting greasy oily breast. We didn't. He didn't get an order right and the whole atmosphere was so so bad. Me and my wife was there on vacation and we wanted and we wanted to have a picnic on the beach and we didn't even eat the food we had to throw it away. I wish we would have took it back

This place needs a DEEP clean or tear it down and rebuilt it. Disgusting. Ran out of chicken said would be 17 minutes. 40 minutes later after running an errand still wasn’t ready. No way to cancel an online order and the call center was closed. In the end didn’t receive the correct chicken.

The food is not like in the UK, I spent 50 dollars all the burgers were dry and quite hard to bite into they do not provide freshly fried food a.d the service is very slow.
