The lady on register stoped when it was my turn and said “I’m tired” got a cup of soda and sat down and I had to wait for someone to help me with a pick up order that should have been ready over 20 minutes ago. The supervisor or manager has the worst tone with his customers.

Hire more staff or schedule more employees to work the dinner rush hour. You have two employees handling the cash register and preparing food.
The employees are doing such a great job handling such a stressful situation.

We had pizza we had to take the food back cuz I ordered dark meat eight-piece dark meat that's thighs and legs and we wind up getting greasy oily breast. We didn't. He didn't get an order right and the whole atmosphere was so so bad. Me and my wife was there on vacation and we wanted and we wanted to have a picnic on the beach and we didn't even eat the food we had to throw it away. I wish we would have took it back

This place needs a DEEP clean or tear it down and rebuilt it. Disgusting. Ran out of chicken said would be 17 minutes. 40 minutes later after running an errand still wasn’t ready. No way to cancel an online order and the call center was closed. In the end didn’t receive the correct chicken.
