La Paloma went above and beyond to make our wedding day reception memorable. From the service the decor the food everything was amazing!! The staff, manager, and chef did a great job checking in on us congratulating us and making sure everything was perfect. We couldn't have chosen a better restaurant for our wedding day. Thank you La Paloma Cafe for a very special day!! We look forward to dinning here again in the future.

Wow!! The food, the service, the restaurant itself is amazing!!! We were there for a wedding reception (just 20 people) yesterday and our servers Shaolin and Diego were top notch! From the moment we got there (we had a little patio to ourselves with a bar) to the cake everything was perfect and delicious. Now if they can only bottle that salad dressing I would be buying it by the caseload!

Wow. Rarely does a place live up to the hype in the way La Paloma did. Our group enjoyed our meal SO MUCH. We got margaritas, the tuna tostadas and brussels to start. We got the tri tip and carnitas as entrees and WOW. So incredible. Also had to try the flan and enjoyed it. Our server Erik was great and recommended great dishes! Overall great food and experience so I'll definitely be back!

Omg this was increíble food. Very innovative and delightful to the senses. Best meal of the year so far. Margarita as well. Give it a go, if you can get a spot.Also very sweet servers working there.(One small thing - the entrees came before we finished the appetizers so a bit quick — food this amazing should be given time to be savored. Ask them to hold your mains if you feel the same ;)

Terrific food and fantastic waiter! The location was also quite perfect! The flavors of the posole were very unique and all the dishes I ordered were tasty !

The margaritas were good and the restaurant ambiance was ok. Once we were seated, we noticed everyone around us getting served except for our table. We sat there for 45 minutes and no one took our order...we didn't even get churros :/

We hosted our wedding dinner at La Paloma and we could not have picked a better place! The venue is beautiful, drinks were amazing, food is outstanding and the service is unbeatable! The whole process was seamless and hassle free! A couple of our guests had allergies and this was handled with such care and attention. We also had a number of guests who did not drink alcohol and the non alcoholic specialty cocktail was a hit! Even with the kids! We were not planning on getting a cake but the restaurant partners with Helena avenue bakery who was able to make a ceremonial cake for us and that just put the cherry on top of an exceptional evening. If you are considering an event, I could not recommend La Paloma enough!

My husband and I have been here several times for dinner dates and really enjoyed it. We went for brunch with our family and were truly disappointed. The kids menu is a joke. The food portion and prices are outrageous. The “scrambled eggs with cheese” is literally just 1 scrambled egg without any sides for $7. It came out and we chuckled in disbelief as we were expecting at least some fruit on the side. We asked for toast and the waitress said they don’t serve toast but gave us 3 mini tortillas (which we didn’t know we would get charged $4 for). The kids french toast is just one small piece of toast cut in half. Again you would think a side a fruit would come with it. We shared our displeasure with the waitress and she just looked at us with a smile as if she knew it was ridiculous too. Since the kids (3 and 4) were still hungry we ended up ordering an adults meal for them to share. Whoever is in charge of the kids menu really needs to do better unless the restaurant is trying to purposely deter kids from going there for brunch. On the plus side, the adult entrees were pretty tasty.
We had a fantastic brunch here while scoping out potential wedding venues/receptions. Our server Eric was unbelievably helpful not only with his normal serving capacity but also showing us the area and where welcome dinners/receptions are held. Will definitely keep this in mind for our future plans and cannot express how fantastic the food/service/atmosphere is here.

Stop scrolling the reviews on La Paloma and just get over there. 10/10 in all aspects. We were taking a tour of the top 15 restaurants in Santa Barbara. La Paloma was not on the list. The location we went to, from the list, was close out of business. So we started wandering the streets and came upon La Paloma. The best dining experience of the entire week. Each dish was full of flavor. Server Bobby was memorable and had a distinct way with words. Example - his introduction is. My name is Bobby and I will be with your table this evening. Who talks like that? The owner even stopped by to say hello because we recognized him from the website staff line up. This needs to be added to the list of Top restaurants in Santa Barbara. Divine!

Great lunch spot. The chicken wrap and Brussel sprout side was fantastic. For drinks, we had a hibiscus marg and Mo IPA. Service was excellent. We'll be back!

Another great Acme spot in Santa Barbara; we’ve yet to visit one that doesn’t blow us away! We can for brunch at it was perfect. Wonderful patio seating, friendly service, and of course unbelievable food and drinks.
