We had my Grandmother’s 97th birthday party here and it was just wonderful. They let us decorate a special dining area, we had about 25-30 people and the service was exceptional. Grandma got her chile relleno, it was delicious like always and flan for all!

Wheelchair accessibility: My grandma is able to use her walker to get from the handicap parking space in the back to her table

Food and drinks are excellent. Chips and salsa are great. Service is almost always slow and terrible, though. I'm not sure why, but it is frustrating. Be patient and don't expect to get your drinks or your check quickly. It has been a few months since we last visited. Hopefully, this has improved.

Good food. Great service.

Wheelchair accessibility: Didn’t see a ramp. It’s an old house that’s been turned into a restaurant.

Enjoyed their food, I can't get enough of their salsa. Very fresh and tasty, careful that it might be too spicy for some.

We sat outside and it was comfortable and fun. Close to the historical presidio. Would come back again when we are in Santa Barbara.

Service was horrible. Food was ok. Forgot tortillas for fajitas asked 2 times finally brought after we were finished eating. Waitress asked on 3 separate stops at the table if I wanted a box to which I replied yes each time. Over 20 min later she finally brought one. Wont be back.

Walked downtown Santa Barbara and a business colleague took.me about for a quick bite. I love Mexican food and got a quick shrimp quesadilla, and my guest got a chimichanga and a margarita. Ot was a great little spot.

Best Mexican in Santa Barbra.
It's been there for 49 years.
That's a testament to it's food and loyal customers.
