I am speaking soley on the Santa Paula location. They will scam you if you do not ask for your change. My dad, who is hard of hearing, went today 07/06/25 & the total was $17 & my dad understood $27. The cashier (sorry to say but the morbidly obese woman) did not offer to give my dad any change back. My mom had to go back inside & tell her it was $17 not $27. The cashier just gave the change back with no apology. What a shame. We try to support our local hispanic businesses & they treat their own like this. Will never allow any of my family members to go back there. Do better.

Ordered a veggie burrito that they have the ingredients for despite it not being on their menu. (beans, rice, lettuce, pico, guacamole, cheese and sour cream. Must've been offensive to them to have to prepare a meat-free burrito because they wrapped it in a way that made it fall apart when I took the foil off.Sadly, I tipped them before even receiving my order though I just walked in...wasn't dining in or being served in any special manner. So in other words they didn't deserve a tip.I'll stick to Freebirds for my burritos whenever I come to town from now on.

Visiting Santa Barbara today I ate in front of this place and I was excited to see Menudo and tortillas on hand but the reviews discouraged me. The owner should answer or provide a solution so that they don't lose customers and new ones are encouraged to arrive!

All the food is very delicious, the only thing I don't like is that the place is very small.

Good but if they were faster in delivering takeout orders it would be excellent
