Happy hour beer for $5 was the best part of my happy hour experience. The fish tacos were a bit on the skimpy side and the ceviche was mostly tomatoes and was sweet. I couldn't detect lime juice. Go for a beer but eat elsewhere.

Very reasonable prices, good happy hour food and drink options, large beer selection compared to similar places, tasty salsas and bean dip, and a nice dog-friendly patio that doesn't face a busy street. Multiple vegetarian-friendly options.

Food is amazing! The 2 chefs there are great and you can tell they put love in their food. Overall, 5 stars on food! Unfortunately, the service there is horrible. If I could give 0 stars for service, I would. Tables are dirty, they don't seem to know the menu and have to ask the cooks after months open. Doesn't show reassurance. I would consider going back again if service improves significantly.

I ordered the California burrito with carne asada, which was a great choice. Not too big, not too small, but just the right size to enjoy with a good beer. A very pleasurable lunch with tasty food, friendly service and casual atmosphere. The new location in 5 Points Shopping Center offers free parking, indoor and outdoor seating. The menu is fully of Mexican flavors in complete meals or a la carte. Little Alex's is worth a frequent visit.

Where have you been all my life? Little Alex’s delight with a tasty fish taco and meaty beef burrito. The food is the star at Little Alex’s. Sometimes fish tacos can be surprisingly bland. Alex’s was good. And the Primo beef burrito was stuffed with meaty goodness. You order at the front counter and they bring out the food. The service was fine on the day we visited. The dining area does not have an overpowering Mexican theme. It’s actually relatively non-descriptive. But they have plenty of outdoor seating. We will return, and soon.
