Very friendly service. Excellent place for all imported Turkish delights.
Very clean and high quality Turkish food here. Employees are easy going friendly people. One more important think- Kind people!!!
Absolutely loved this place! The staff is super friendly, offering samples and insights into the candy making process and history of each. I found this to be fascinating. I eventually purchased some Pomegranate and Pistachio treats, four pieces total, equating to about $22, a little steep, but worth it. If you want an unexpected plethora or flavor and texture and crunch, you can’t go wrong! They have a wide assortment, and even a taster-flight box. Can’t wait to get back here!
amazing ! customer service was on point , the employees were so kind and the space is gorgeous
We have been at this place few times, seems ok, the sweets not the freshest and little overpriced and it’s understandable, however bad taste I have after last visit few days ago, I asked one of the workers if the tea they serving at the shop is same as packaged tea leaves they sell there and the answer was yes, absolutely same tea, well we bought large package of the tea and as soon as we got home to LA we decided to try it and sure enough it’s not even close to the tea they serve at the shop. Misleading your customers is never good idea.
My first experiences with Turkish delight were so meh that I was like Edmond betrayed his siblings and all of Narnia for THIS? Most unbelievable part of the series. So I came to LOKUM as a skeptic, but left a believer. My husband got a rose flavored one which was incredible. I did a blackberry one and a chocolate chip. I get it now. Sorry but there isn't one of my four siblings I wouldn't trade for this ambrosia from heaven. Will be returning to Santa Barbara just for this.
Helpful staff and great products
I was really looking forward to trying some authentic Turkish lokum (Turkish delight), but I was shocked at how expensive everything was in this store. The sweets looked nice, but the prices were absolutely crazy for such small quantities. I’ve had better-tasting lokum at half the cost elsewhere. Definitely not worth what they’re charging. This is my second try and I Won’t be coming back.
Lokum – Santa Barbara
What a beautiful gem! The shop itself is absolutely charming, and the coffee, lokum, and baklava were beyond delicious. Even more impressive was the warm, professional, and truly hospitable team. The young manager Sercan greeted us so kindly and even offered us samples to try, which made the experience extra special.
The customer service was outstanding from start to finish — it’s rare to feel so welcomed! This spot has officially become my new favorite place in Santa Barbara. A must-visit for anyone who loves amazing pastries, great coffee, and exceptional service! ❤️
This place is absolutely exceptional! If you’re in Santa Barbara, you must stop here. The rose pistachio pomegranate cake is one of the most amazing I’ve ever experienced and the baklava is next level!

Wonderful spot. I love the traditional turkish coffee with the juicy pistachio bakclava. I also love the pomegranate and pistachio lokum. Highly recommend for a beautiful selection of goodies and delicious teas and coffees.
Turkish coffee and baklava are outstanding
The customer service at Lokum is truly top-notch, and I have to give a special shoutout to Serkan, his hospitality is a solid 10/10. He made the entire experience warm, welcoming, and memorable. It’s rare to find such genuine care and attention to detail these days. Highly recommend this place if you want not just quality products, but also exceptional service!
Loved the atmosphere! Sercan was warm and welcoming. He provided excellent hospitality and made our experience truly enjoyable — top-notch service
Chic Turkish coffee spot in the heart of Santa Barbara! This store is a visual feast, bejeweled and studded with mound after mound of Turkish delights - among other confections. Enjoyed a wonderful afternoon coffee (who needs high tea when you can have Turkish coffee?!).
Huge variety of snacks and sweets along with a wide variety of teas and coffee to pick from. If you’re not familiar with Turkish coffee it has a different texture from drip coffee or espresso.
Highly recommend giving this spot a try!
