Had a long and jacked up trip in to the Santa Barbara area. Had an early supper/dinner at Lure. Happy hour Old Fashions for $10! I did a full three course meal figuring I’d have leftovers. I was wrong. Was so happy I took some chowder to go. Everything was delicious, perfectly prepared and the service was dynamite! Can’t wait to go back!
Great atmosphere. The hostess was prompt and welcoming, and the server was friendly and knowledgeable. Mason informed us of the many varieties of clams they had and the different flavors and textures. I must say I was impressed. I didn't even know there was more than one type. Silly me. He may have forgotten about my drink once or twice, but he was really busy, and they had plenty of people walking around that I reminded about my drink and received my drink promptly afterward...
In from San Diego for Orchid Show and asked "locals" for a good seafood resturant. All we can say It was AWESOME". Bench seat does need more space for those who are not slim.
