I'm pretty sure that they are closed permanently. It is hard to say because they often leave to run errands and don't answer the phone. However, someone in the Independent says that they have closed don.

Doesn't exist. Was looking forward to a gyro but business just doesn't exist anymore. Please update online sites to reflect this.

Wonderful little quaint, and comfortable Mediterranean food. Enjoyed it so very much. I had the lentil soup per a review I read on here and was very intrigued and enjoyed every bite with a little kick of jalapeño in it made me wanting more. I also enjoyed the chicken kabob with salad and humus. All well prepared and tasty. I will be back again.

Wonderful Greek and American Deli! Best place for a Gyro or a Tri-Tip sandwich! Well worth a try for something legendary to Santa Barbara.

Yanni's Greek & American Deli at Mackenzie Market is a reliable source of well done Mediterranean food in the Burbank area. I'd recommend coming if you're in the area.

We're doing a staycation for our anniversary and didn't want to wander far. Got gas across the street and saw this place. Delicious gyros! I got mine without tzatziki sauce (allergies) and it was still fulfilling. I did taste a bit from my husband's and it was so good! Owner was great and glad to share a few laughs for a bit given our days of late.

This was the most interesting place. Rolled up and thought I was lost but quickly found my way and was greeted by a nice older gentleman. We ordered 2 chicken gyros which were delicious. I wanted to eat outside however there wasn't too much to meet the eye outside. I know this place is zero frills. If the outside was tidy it would warrant a 5 but that's ok. The food was good and interaction with the Greek gentleman was great.

Great small Greek restaurant with good food. They have a small market inside with other food, most of which is probably Mediterranean. Super friendly guy at the front counter. The tzatziki is super bomb!

Whenever i have time on the weekends i always stop at Yannis's for the classic Gyro. I have been to Greece twice and this has been by far the closest if not better than some i've had in Greece. I usually order 2 one to eat then and another for later because thats how good it is. His catering business is also top notch as well

Driving up state street from the pier we ran into a place that had a sign hanging outside on the building Giros so we pulled in and looked at a menu that was posted. We both ordered a lamb and beef Giro. Inside is a market and cafe but not being used for the public just to make their food items! We waited maybe 10 mins and paid and left. The food was fantastic and I really didn't want to stop but I listened to my wife and gave her the credit for this place!

Stopped in headed to Solvang - super easy to miss because it's in Mackenzie's and the set-up is a little non-cohesive, but the gyro was amazing! The flatbread was fresh and all the ingredients tasted fresh and delicious. Friendly owner, wish I lived closer!!

Hidden gem in Santa Barbara, you could walk right by it and not even see it but don't let that throw you off, best Gyros in town, tri tip sandwich is amazing as well, cool little Greek market also

Super friendly guy but disappointing experience. Ordered 4 Gyros and they all smelled rancid. I should have walked out when i saw the rotting vegetables in the deli counter. Sorry Janni, you're a friendly guy but what you served me was not ok.

I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately I have to give it one star. The location is a bit odd and the inside looks unkempt. The owner is very friendly and I was hoping it would be one of those hole in the wall gems. However, the food was bad, I mean literally when we opened the Gyro it smelled like something had gone bad in it. Again, wish I could have had a different experience but have to give it one star for rancid food.
