I'm commenting here with regret. I went to the store to have dinner and ordered a chicken sandwich. My order was ready in about 7-8 minutes and I forgot to get a drink. I had a drink at home and wanted to eat my sandwich at home. When I got home, the chicken inside was completely uncooked. I ate raw chicken and felt nauseous, so I didn't eat it. The sandwich I was given was a disgrace. It was the first and last time I would ever eat at McDonald's again. If I could give it less than one star, I would. Everything inside is Raw

I’ve been a regular customer at the McDonald’s located at 1906 Cliff Dr in Santa Barbara. I usually order a large Iced French Vanilla Latte. For a while, everything was great — I always received the drink in a proper large cup. But after a couple of months, things changed. I started getting my “large” coffee in medium-sized cups. When I asked the staff, they told me that was their large size. So I switched to ordering a medium Iced French Vanilla Latte, and it came in exactly the same size cup as the large. So why is the price different if the size is the same? And today was just shocking. I ordered a medium coffee, and they gave it to me in a small cup. When I asked about it, they insisted that it was a medium — even though I ordered the same thing yesterday and the cup was twice as big. I’m honestly in disbelief. What is going on? The staff keeps insisting everything is correct, but the sizes are clearly inconsistent. This was the last time I’ll be buying anything from this location.

My husband and I both got food poisoned after eating here.
We bought McDonald's here for lunch, and then we both started having diarrhea in the evening. McDonald's was the only thing that my husband had eaten all day so we know our food poisoning was from food here for sure.
In fact, chicken nuggets was the only thing that we had both consumed that day. I remembered the chicken nuggets were a deeper brown color which was a little odd, and my husband said they had a little spicy taste to them.
Very disappointed and extremely unhappy, this food poisoning is making me very sick and I had to cancel an important event.
Mcdonald's please pay attention to your food safety! Im not gonna have McDonald's for a very long time now
