After many botched orders I finally just stopped using this location for anything other than a bathroom. My last order was a double filet-o-fish and a frappé. The fish was so overcooked I couldn't gnaw through it... I tried twice.

Every time I order online, I order 30 Min. Before Getting To This Place And They Tell Me It’s Not Ready Yet. How Is My Order Not Ready Before 30 Min. But Yet People Who Order Thru The Drive Thru Their Order Is Ready Before Mine. What’s The Point of Ordering Online When They're Gunna Be Telling Me This All The Time. Very Bad Service!!!!! I Do Not Recommend This McDonalds Order Somewhere Else.

I’ve gotten familiar with this location in particular up on The Mesa. I guess there are so many McDonald’s out there than I can have a favorite. Feels strange to say that. Does anybody ever really order inside at this particular spot?
Unfortunately, I will say, the orders here are messed up way more often than any other location. The only time I’ve experienced the famous “broken ice cream machine” was here.

This is a teeny-tiny McDonalds, just a few seats inside, and most of the action is the drive-through and curbside pickup. The biggest challenge at this location is navigating the dense and chaotic Mesa Shopping Center parking lot. They're open to 4 am!

I'm commenting here with regret. I went to the store to have dinner and ordered a chicken sandwich. My order was ready in about 7-8 minutes and I forgot to get a drink. I had a drink at home and wanted to eat my sandwich at home. When I got home, the chicken inside was completely uncooked. I ate raw chicken and felt nauseous, so I didn't eat it. The sandwich I was given was a disgrace. It was the first and last time I would ever eat at McDonald's again. If I could give it less than one star, I would. Everything inside is Raw

The manager, miguel, was there when i brought my son in and he gave my son a free chocolate milk with his first mcdees hotcakes meal. Good vibes in here. Clean and cool.
