I’m not sure what happened to all the McDonald’s in Santa Barbara but the burgers are truly disgusting now. For the last 20 years I’ve seen a very heavy steady decline in the food quality. The burgers at this point are inedible. It’s like they let the meat simmer in lookwarm rancid grease all day and quickly rewarm your patty and slam it on a stale bun with all the rancid grease drenching the stale bun. That is what I always get every time I go to McDonald’s anymore.Please McDonald’s if your reading this please fix your burgers, as a kid I would eat sometimes 3 separate times in a day because your burgers were so good. At these very same local McDonald’s. Now they are absolutely appalling and disgusting every time I go specifically all the burgers with the aforementioned criticism.

I went to McDonald's today. I heard that they had the MC RIB back. I went in the restaurant and saw the MC RIB up on the menu. I then asked for the MC RIB meal. The employee then told me, "they no longer have them". My issue is why would you still have the food item up on the menu for the customer to choose!! If you no longer have the food item, TAKE DOWN the item from the menu!! I'm SURE you have the capability to take it down anytime, DAY or NIGHT!!

Definitely the best branch I have visited in the USA.It's a little smaller but it's super clean, the staff is super friendly, nice and accommodating.The food was fresh and hot.

Three years ago a combo was 10 or $11. Literally go on Instagram or Worldstar and look up McDonald's related stuff everyone on planet earth is complaining about the prices right now. There's no excuse why a big Mac should be $8.50 by itself especially for a 15 minute wait. 'Fast' food lol

This is a 24 hr Mcdonalds with extremely small interior. Maybe only three or four tables inside seating two to a table. Staff is always incredible and will go out of their way to help customers and neighbors. Food here is really good. The guy working the drive window night shift is grumpy because.......well because night shift. Highly recommend this McDeez.

The food is exactly McDonald's food. But they have a lot of employees around, many of them taking up the few chairs and on their cell phone. They seem pretty much not bothered by customers. Although they seem to have a robust drive through business.
