Great ambiance and food. polite staff who remembers to make the food mild spicy when we visit. ty.
Best Thai food I've had. Very nice owner.
We love everything about this place.
I rarely post reviews, but this restaurant deserves it. I was so impressed from the great quality of the food, fantastic service, cleanliness, and atmosphere. Variety of the food and appetizers on the menu were great, along with the wonderful flavors, and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended, and a must try.
A great little spot for Thai food, whether for dining in or takeout. The food and the service is consistently good every time. I especially like coming here for lunch for the Pad Thai, cabbage soup and Thai tea.
Had a pleasant experience at Menu Fan. We visited couple of times during our trip to SB. Service was very attentive, food was tasty (with no MSG!).
Although, the drunken noodle which we specially requested to be "Mild spicy" was quite spicy due to the chili flakes seasoning. The quantity is on the lesser end and would be nicer if it were more.
Overall, a solid 4/5

The food is delicious, from appetizer to main dish, to dessert! This is why we brought a friend along.

This is a small neighborhood Thai restaurant that you could easily overlook if you aren’t actively seeking it out. In terms of food quality I say this place is on par with any restaurant in town and probably better than most. The Pad Thai is good and I also enjoy the Drunken Noodles with chicken (spicy please!).
Another thing I appreciate about this restaurant is that every time I come in it looks clean and organized, something I can’t say about every restaurant.
Definitely recommend for dine-in or takeout if you’re on or visiting the Mesa Neighborhood.

Great food. Great service. Seeing an old man, by himself, keeping up with everyone was amazing. Good energy and recommendations from him.
Green curry is the best, ask to make it spicy (if you like spicy). Indians will like this place for sure.

We have loved the food here for years. The staff is always very friendly. We have eaten at the restaurant, and ordered takeout. However, our last take-out meal was not good. The dishes we ordered were bland, but very salty! They lacked the nuances of Thai cooking. We were very disappointed.Whether it is due to staff shortages, or something else, we hope you get back on your game quickly. At this time, I cannot recommend this place to visitors coming in to town, as I often have in the past.

I recently discovered this Thai restaurant. I’ve been to Thailand, several times and love their food. This is the best Thai food I’ve found in Santa Barbara. So far I’ve had the spicy ground chicken, basil and rice dish, the spicy eggplant with tofu, and the wonton soup. All of them were perfectly seasoned. So tasty. I’m pleased that they’re located only 10 minutes from my house! Gay

Just like it's sister restaurant across town in Goleta, Meun Fan has delicious food. Great noodle and rice dishes and lots of appetizers to choose from. Wine and drinks are somewhat limited but the food makes it worth it.An easy pickup from any place close to Santa Barbara's Mesa or you can sit in there fairly spacious dining room.

Highly recommend the Thai tea!Accidentally entered from the side (street) entrance instead of the front entrance (parking lot). There was only one waitress during lunch time; however, it wasn’t extremely busy, so there was no worries. But we had to walk to the front entrance area for the waitress to seat us because she probably didn’t see us. Nonetheless, the food met expectations. The Thai tea wasn’t too sweet and not too bland, just right. The pad Thai was fine. There were no roasted peanuts, but I still tasted a peanut taste in the dish. Lastly, there were a couple fruit flies on the window, inside the restaurant. Whatever flies we were unable to kill flew around our food at times. However, the table was clean and the restaurant as a whole looked neat and sanitary.
Parking: Limited parking in front of the restaurant.

Best Thai food I've ever eaten. Best Thai in Santa Barbara. Everything is made in-house, even the eggrolls/chai. Food is well prepared, presented, and seasoned.Food is not overly spicy but has a delicious kick, and their are house made condiments to customize flavor and preferences for everyone at the table.
Vegetarian options: The house made eggrolls are vegetarian.
