28 years dining in Santa Barbara and Opal is one of the best, trustworthy, complete food experience from appetizer to dessert. I've brought family, friends, dates and the not so lucky ones here and all love this place as much as I do. Food and service are why I keep coming back.
A most pleasant , and satisfying evening in every way! A beloved Santa Barbara locals destination with a lovely owner, and equally lovely staff! Comfy with delicious food, and a wonderfully varied menu, great wines, and delicious cocktails! Stellar filet mignon, and my swordfish was divine. I'll be back!
Dinner was exceptional, had the roasted beet and pear salad, and the Filo prawns as starters, then had the 6 ounce filet mignon with Yukon potatoes and green beans and broccoli. My son had the roasted duck exceptional quality meal for a fair price would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Santa Barbara.
