I’m not sure what happened here but in 2024 I was getting amazing food every time hot big portions, I understand there is a lot of staff that come and go but lately the food has been very inconsistent the last time I went my chicken had zero flavor I’m not a cook but clearly they forgot to put something also it was ice cold hurting my stomach which is dangerous that’s how people get sick and it has been cold many times lately before then too

I haven't ordered take out or dined in since last yr. I have placed 2 orders with them through Grub Hub & their practices are incredibly shady and weakens the integrity of the company by not upholding certain standards. My first order I placed, I didn't realize how late I was ordering, so I understand if items are no longer available ... but yet you still charge your customers for substitutions they didn't ask for, or you give them subpar food items so they have to be inconvenienced to get a refund with Grub Hub? Yikes. First order was the steak bite bowl. They gave me burnt end pieces - some were so hard, they felt like rocks. I figured you know what, that's on me for ordering late, and decided to try them again. I ordered the honey walnut shrimp bowl. They gave me shrimp they tossed in a sauce that tasted like spicy mayo. If you don't have the honey sauce, you substitute the sauce without checking with the customer? What if I was allergic to whatever sauce you tossed it in? Never again.

We had delivery from this Panda Express location. The entrees are small medium or large à la carte and this is what we got. Keep in mind if you order delivery small is very small! The flavor is classic Panda Express!.. oh no, my fortune cookie was empty!

Sanitation is unheard of at this Panda Express, stay far far away from it. I ordered a plate yesterday at this state street location and an hour after finishing it I felt extremely sick and experienced symptoms of food poisoning. Health inspector needs to check this place out immediately because something is not being done right. Do I ever see myself coming to this locations? Absolutely not.

Nice, easy stop when I'm fueling up across the street. Lowered the stars for service because it's always hot inside and they never seem to have ice. It's great if you just are picking up food though.

I walked in at 3:25 and left at 3:42 with no food and hungry. The staff looked tired and overwhelmed. The only food that was freshly made was the Kung pao, and vegetables. My plate was made 3 separate times and left there getting cold. It wasn't busy, it wasn't even lunch time. The plate looked sorry with tiny pieces of orange chicken. It wasn't fresh and hot. I declined my meal. What a waste of time. it was so embarrassing, I cant go back. Mediocre service. The restaurant could use more help from the manager who was just sitting in the corner not helping out the staff.
