Pane e Vino is hands down the best Italian in Montecito. The pasta tastes just like home in Italy—fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. The service is warm and attentive, making you feel like family. A true gem!

Just had a lunch here to die for. The bread and olive oil were delicious. Even the ice tea was good. I have never had such delicious bruschetta. Also had the beet and spinach salad which was equally delicious. Service was terrific. The maître d did it all with a smile. Sooo good. I will be back.

Have enjoyed a few off hour pasta lunches here. Warm, knowledgeable and prompt service by those managing the front of the house. Pasta is extremely fresh and delicious. Best gnocchi around . Portions could be slightly larger. Lovely and quiet outdoor terrace in this outdoor mall setting. Enjoy the surrounding antique and home stores before or after .

crisp fried sage leaves! Very nice complimentary bread and cheese.

FEB2025: a pure gem, most authentic Italian food and great service; maybe a tad noisy but you forget it easily. I highly recommend their salads - we tried one which was simply the best ever, the simplest salad but in its purest form, just focusing on raw ingredient taste

I felt I needed to chime in as I read some pretty harsh reviews about this place. Some good ones too. But, we thought the service was very nice and very accommodating. Not sure what happened in other folks experiences, and I am sorry to hear that. We, a party of 5, had a nice time, good food, we ordered many appetizers, no main entre, and we all walked away plenty full.
