I ordered food for pickup on the mobile app and when I arrived it was ready to go but there was an issue with the order. It was missing the cookie and they didn't have decaffeinated coffee at this location. They turned a 1 star review into 5 by doing their best to remedy the situation. They gave me 2 cookies (1 more than I ordered) and poured me a caffeine free tea. Mike was very kind and seemed happy to make the situation a positive one. The soup and cookies were delicious and the shaded outdoor seating was a nice place to work for a bit. Good service, thank you!

I had a great experience at this Panera. I first observed how polite and respectful the employees were to the outdoor guest & the curbside/socially distant pickups, which stood out to me. I, then was cordially greeted by Wyatt. He embraced me and made sure all my questions were answered. I loved how patient Wyatt was towards me. I got the PICK 2 and my order was perfect. I am so grateful Wyatt made my experience exceptional. Thank you.

Great place to eat here something different but the same from home! The gotta change the hours on google cause I just had a major disappointment thinking they close at 4pm and it was 3pm! Get your business together just putting new hours on the door won’t cut it!!!!

Very disappointed in food quality and customer service. There was only ONE very friendly guy up at the cashier. There also was a girl distributing drinks, shes rude and seemed to be annoyed at customers. ordered a turkey BLT sandwich was ok, also a ceasar salad which looked and tasted old, and seemed like its been pre made not fresh at order. Such a bummer, this place was good at one point, do not recommend nor returning.

Panera Team, Santa Barbara, especially Mercedes, ROCKS! It is a breath of fresh air to see someone who enjoys their job in customer service. She welcomed me, and I could see the smile in her eyes. Dare I say, I felt the love.
