as always with Pascucci, a delightful & delicious meal. Such a pleasant interior, lovely owner and hostess and of course great food. The four of us can highly recommend chicken piccata, lasagna, tortellini carbonara and ravioli sampler.

I rarely leave public reviews, but after my recent dining experience at Pascucci, I feel compelled to share my disappointment.
As someone who genuinely supports small businesses which is the very reason we chose to dine here I was deeply discouraged by both the food quality and the level of professionalism displayed, particularly by an individual who was identified to us as the owner.
From the beginning, there were warning signs. After washing our hands in the restroom, we noticed there were no paper towels or basic necessities available. Despite this, we proceeded to order two dishes: the Pascucci pasta and the chicken parmigiana.
When our meals arrived, they were not hot only lukewarm. Still wanting to give the restaurant the benefit of the doubt, we took a few bites before realizing we would not be able to finish the food due to the quality and taste. The restaurant was nearly empty, so in an effort to avoid creating a scene, we quietly asked our server for two boxes and politely mentioned that, unfortunately, the food was not edible for us.
The server asked if we would like to speak with the owner. Expecting nothing more than an opportunity to provide respectful feedback, we agreed. A woman approached the table and, after hearing our concerns specifically about the shrimp tasting like low-quality frozen product responded defensively, stating that all shrimp is frozen. The conversation then took an even more uncomfortable turn when she asked, “So what, you just want free food?”
At no point did we request a discount, refund, or any accommodation. We were simply offering honest, respectful feedback. To be met with accusation and defensiveness especially by someone representing the business was both surprising and disheartening. The situation became uncomfortable enough that we chose to pay our bill in full however she had her server give us a discounted bill. Not even retuning to the table after our interaction as she probably realized that she could have handled that situation better. We left the uneaten food behind, and exited quietly.
Constructive feedback is an opportunity for growth, and it costs nothing to listen with professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, this experience reflected neither. Based on this visit, I cannot recommend Pascucci. Save your time and money this experience simply was not worth it.

Okay, so this is one of those hidden gems. The wife and I came into Pascucci for some Italian food and we were taken by surprise with the size of the restaurant, the atmosphere of the restaurant, the dinning equipment, the food and options of deliciousness. I ordered hot tea, which they bring out a variety of teas for you to pick, mix and have the strength be strong. Their cold tea is a strong and flavorful. Okay now to the best part, my wife ordered a plate that had salmon and butternut squash raviolis. Her meal melted in your mouth, it was cooked just perfect. My meal was a chicken piccata, the chicken was so flavorful and delicious that I was in love at first bit. Our whole experience continued with awesome service and delectable desserts with cheesecake and tiramisu. To our server thank you for all the hard word that the staff and you do.

Well, at least it looked nice. Everything else was horrible. Service: bad. Food: ahh. Horrible. The only good part was the bread and bruschetta. Actual food was impressively bad. Food was a mush and lukewarm. Pasta was way too thick, sauce was way too little. Extremely bland. I dont even to say anything about the service. Would not recommend to anybody. It was empty for a long time, and i feel that the only reason people go here is how they feel sorry for how deserted it is.

There is no greeter or host. You just stand there awkwardly waiting for someone to come out of the pink box. The table we were seated at was dirty, crumbs in all the seats.
The food is rushed, but not warm or that great. I, thankfully, had a vegetarian meal and it was good.
My husband had the carbonara and said it tasted like cream of mushroom with bacon bits in it. We had the antipasto sampler and the meatballs were red in the middle and sauce lukewarm. The salad with the house vinaigrette tasted sour.
The bathrooms are things of nightmares. No tissue, no paper, urine on the seats (yes, I went into both). Absolutely filthy.
I hope we survive the night

Not enough servers for the tables available. We came in and sat down, were able to get wine and appetizers, but noticed other tables getting up and leaving, since they were sat, but did not receive service. We ordered four main entrees, two were good, but two not good ( dry ). Apps were good. Wine was priced good.
Worst place , You can guess the quality from how they maintain rest rooms.
The food was great. The service even better. Right on State Street in Santa Barbara. The interior is spacious and very well decorated.

If I could give this place a 0 I would, first of all we had to wait an hour to be seated and they never acknowledged my family there was no hostess nor anyone in the front once we got seated we had to wait more than 30 minutes to get our order taken and an extra 50 minutes for our food to come out. Plus the staff never greeted us nor anything very rude and even the food was cold and not what we expected. Worst restaurant in SB.

DO NOT GO HERE! I used to go here all the time but it has changed!
This place has fallen off bad. They really should close. I have patronized this place for a long time. However since the pandemic it is not the same. A few years ago I witnessed the owner mistreating an employee. I pretended to not see it and let it slide. However, after revisiting again, the food is horrible. It is not like it used to taste. The woman working there had a horrible attitude. The sad part is that when people saw the place empty, she chased some people down to try and come back in. I will never be back. It’s super embarrassing that this place is still open after relocating so many times. Please do us all a favor and close already! Your service and food were horrible and the place was empty!

Our first time here and we’re locals! Should have come sooner. Decor is lovely and our server, Megan, was excellent. The Caesar salad was excellent and plenty to share, Especially if you’re getting a pasta in an entrée. We had the amazing lasagna and I had the fettuccine. Both were superb and the lasagna was excellent with the variety of beef. The wine list is extensive and well put together. Terrific dinner with only one tiny caveat that it can be a tiny bit loud if there are large tables, but not to override the delicious food. Can’t wait to return
