Got the titular pickles & swiss sandwich. Only had one bread still available (ciabatta bun) when I was there in the early afternoon. The sandwich is deceptively small looking because it was actually dense and filling. A little more expensive than say, Subway, but worth it for just how much better it tasted than that. Employees were nice, but it took quite a while for them to even take my order. Then it took a while to make it. Still, definitely worth it for the taste, in my opinion. Solid lunch spot but they might need to hire one more employee to speed things up (although the space is small).
Parking: Paseo Nuevo always has plenty of spots whenever I've gone. First 75 mins is free.

We were excited to give it a try but they were out of 75% of their menu. No soup, no salads, and out of lots of ingredients. They said they were getting a shipment later in the day. It seems like a pretty big oversight to be out of that many ingredients.

While sitting out front with my tired dog panting away Mac was kind enough to come outside and give me some water for my dog which inclined me to go inside and check out the store. I ordered some pickles that were absolutely delicious and was really touched by his kindness and professional demeanor. The store featured a great selection of sandwiches and am definitely going to come by for my next bite. I'm so thankful when I meet kind people who love their job and helping people. Thanks mac you made my day and a customer.

Now fourth time going to different stores everyone is always "out" of gluten free everytime I go in. Will not be trying anymore

I placed a catering order with this location worth nearly $1,400. The food was not ready at the specified pick up time; our driver left the location with food in hand over an hour later. In the meantime, the people at our event to whom we had promised lunch began to leave. The closest thing I received to an apology was a few fun-size bags of chips thrown in for free.
Attempts to reach the management by phone and email have been fruitless; no response to date. If this review gets their attention (hi Mark), I'd love to resolve this.
I love their sandwiches and was excited to give them a try, but this is a TERRIBLE way to treat customers, especially high-paying ones.

The crispy chicken was so over cooked it was inedible and the bread was stale/dry. The kids grilled cheese was okay but again bread was overcooked especially for kids. The Turkey club was the solidly average. Considering the service was slow and it took a while for the food to come, would not come back.

I took the tuna melt and it was really nice! Nice filling sandwich with a siracha dip and pickles on the side :) there is also a cute terrace in front of the place where you can take your time to eat.

They charged a 4% credit card fee without notice. Had I known, I could’ve paid cash but they didn’t warn me. The pulled pork slaw sandwich was pretty solid.
