Every single guest commented on how incredible the food was and how refreshing it felt to have real, beautiful, farm to table dishes instead of the typical “wedding food.” Everything tasted so fresh and thoughtfully prepared, from the cocktail hour to the dinner stations and dessert.
They were also such a joy to work with throughout the process, professional, creative, and genuinely collaborative. The team offered great suggestions, used seasonal ingredients, and helped us craft a menu that felt perfectly us. It was one of the highlights of the night, and we’re still hearing rave reviews weeks later.

We hired Poe & Co for our welcome party on Thursday night before our wedding, and everything was absolutely perfect. Jayson, the chef, was incredible, everything was timely, beautifully presented, and delicious. He even shucked fresh oysters for us, which our guests loved. The food was so fresh and flavorful, the drinks were outstanding, and the desserts were to die for (the apple pie crumble is a must-try!).
The server who assisted was also wonderful, attentive, sweet, and really helped make the evening flow seamlessly. Our immediate family and guests had such a memorable night, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience.

We hired Poe & Co for my daughter’s UCSB graduation brunch, held at a local residence. Jamie and her team could not have been more delightful and professional to work with. We developed a menu for a buffet brunch with her *amazing* French toast, quiche, bagels, fruit, and more. Her food was outstanding - all locally sourced from the highest quality vendors and very fresh. Guests went back for seconds and thirds and kept commenting on how good everything was. Her handmade juices were divine! She brought lovely platters (we agreed in advance to use some of the home’s serving pieces as well), disposable tableware, and two staff members to help bus tables and keep platters full of warm, fresh food. We had more people show up than expected, but Jamie was prepared and nobody left hungry. They cleaned up and left my parents’ kitchen, dining room, and guest tables spotless - they wiped every surface and even vacuumed. I cannot recommend Poe & Co enough - they are fantastic!
