One of the highlights of this place is that you're supposed to get different shapes of glasses based on the varietal you are tasting. When we went there, the dishwasher was broken so we were served all four wines in the tasting consecutively instead of simultaneously and in the same glass.. This was disappointing as I believe they could just have washed them by hand. The Chardonnay was very acid, close to lemon juice. This rubbed it for the other notes to be detected. The...
Just simply very good wines. I really like how they use different glasses to help bring out the best flavor of the wines. It really makes a difference. This is a must stop on any wine tasking outing.
