Had to support the only all vegan restaurant while visiting Santa Barbara. Pricey but at least the portions are large. Had the crunchwrap. Cashew cream sauce on point! It was really tasty but the second half fell apart when I picked it up. Cute place. Wish I had sat on the back patio (sunny day) because it was freezing inside, but didn’t see it until I walked to the restroom.
I stopped in to Rascals on a day trip in Santa Barbara and it was delicious! Everything is a little bit pricey but it filled me up. I got the burrito bowl with Al Pastor. There were a number of filling options to choose from so it was hard to decide! The bowl came quickly and tasted great! The restaurant is on a street next to a brewery, a juice place, and a chocolate factory so lots to see. Parking is a bit challenging.
Loved the food, vibes and the attentive staff.
This place is so cute. The food is so good. I had the nachos and the special
Delicious crunch wrap and chicharron tacos
This is one of the best burritos I’ve had in awhile! Can’t wait to go back there for dinner. 😋
I love supporting vegan businesses! The food did not disappoint. We ordered the tofu scramble and the asada Crunchwrap. Although they were both good, the tofu scramble was incredible. The only thing I didn’t absolutely love was the iced orchata coffee. I could’ve done without it. But the food was incredible! Lovely spot and great service.
Since its the only fully vegan spot in SB, I wanted to love Rascals and ignore its many flaws, but I gotta be real with yall: it’s incredibly mediocre Americanized Mexican food. The only good menu item is the Caesar wrap on the lunch menu that only exists on weekdays and even then everything is crazy over priced. I may have been spoiled by reasonably priced authentic Mexican vegan food, but hell it is just not worth it. They’re super skimpy with the sauces, and don’t serve any with something like a breakfast burrito and have crazy prices for sides and extras. I’ve gotten the breakfast plate with pancakes that had way too much baking soda in them making them inedible, which is sad after paying the price I did for them. I’ve had a lot of things from their brunch, dinner, and lunch menus. And it’s just all not worth it. Even their expensive gansito is tiny and dry. I don’t understand who the clientele is supposed to be with $20 vegan Crunchwraps - rich vegans with the munchies? Super mediocre and overpriced.
I ordered a burrito bowl and it was absolutely delicious — the flavors were amazing, I really loved it!
Had the best blueberry pancakes and tofu scramble bowl! Highly recommend. We can’t wait to come back.

Had a great experience at Rascal’s! Really enjoyed our meals and the churros for dessert. Look forward to coming back next time we’re in SB!
We came as a family of 7 and had an amazing time. Even the Omni's enjoyed their meals. Yay! We all had something different and dessert. SO Good!! See photos.
The fact that Rascal’s is the only fully vegan place in SB currently is reason enough to go eat there more than once. But regardless of that, the food alone is delicious enough that it’s worth coming back for too. My partner and I came to eat here on multiple occasions and highly recommend the Sopes and chilaquiles (brunch) and the Pina y Chia agua fresca. Their churro dessert is also incredible.
This place was absolutely delicious and although they were very busy, they still made us feel very welcomed and were super attentive.
We ordered the esquite, burrito bowl (Al pastor), and nachos. Very delicious! The nacho plate was huge and the staff were so nice!
