Did you know they upcharge .90 for non dairy mil?! Did you know lactose intolerance is covered by the American Disability act ?! Please take the lead of Bristol Farms and Starbucks, who no longer charge for any non-dairy milk.

Also, when friends get together, they might Have one person who’s lactose intolerant or plant based, so this will cause groups to avoid it.

We visited Brenaud’s, and the experience was outstanding! The food was simply amazing, the coffee was excellent, and the service was top-notch. We ordered an almond croissant and a vegetable quiche with a side of potatoes, and every bite was a delight. The potatoes were dreamy, and the almond croissant was the best we’ve had so far. We’ll definitely be back!

Everything looks delicious. It's a shame that as a diabetic I couldn't buy anything...

First of all, the croissants were delicious because they didn't spare any butter.
I chose the croissant in the showcase, but I think it would have tasted better if it had been warmed.
I had ham cheese, almonds, and pain au chocolat and they were all delicious!

The motto 'A taste of Paris without the trip to France' is 100% true.

Absolutely superb coffee, lovely table service, and truly excellent french pastries - dare I say almost indistinguishable from the real thing! Taking a break here is something I'd absolutely recommend.

OK pastries suffering from too much humidity? Croissants should be crispy outside and flaky inside. Pricey and just acceptable.

The sticky buns were incredible. Each layer was buttery, flakey, and sticky. They center of the sticky bun was the perfect balance of cripy on the outside and with a soft core. The sweetness was not overpowering. My daughter enjoyed her eclair she said it was too sweet.

Wheelchair accessibility: The door is a little tight. You wheel directly into a display case. Upon entering the door swings in and is not automatic. Seating is outside and accessible by ramp. Large bathroom is a single stall in on the otherside of the plaza, you need to ask for a key.

Adorable place in Montecito with beautifully crafted pastries and tasty drinks! So many elements of this place are appealing: the central location, the exquisite pastry booths, a charming elegance alongside a welcoming atmosphere… absolutely loved my few visits here and justifiably worth any wait! Renaud’s seems to be a Montecito staple and I’d hope to come back!

Terrible service. Super slow. Ordered pastries and was waiting for my coffee for 20 minutes! And after 20 minutes they bring it spilled!
