Rusty's Pizza Parlor

I don’t recommend eating here. I ordered a salad and was charged $11.95. I questioned why the same salad was $8.50 online. They said that online prices are not accurate. I was confused because you can order online with the online prices. Very disappointed with the price transparency.

Stopped by for a quick slice & pizza was delicious & cheap. Overall clean restaurant, salad bar seemed popular & other pizzas looked good.

This place needs to be investigated for hiring discrimination, and they were racist to my 8 year old son lol.

This place is garbage now. It is rather disappointing when one spends a considerable amount on a pizza with toppings, only to find that they barely put any toppings. They always jack up the price on their food and give you less toppings.

I really like this new location. It has been open here a while now, but it very clean and orderly.

First time, in 20 years that I got a bad pizza from rustys. Over priced paid 26$ for a medium pepperoni pineapple,and a drink. I got thin crust and it was inflated, too much sauce too much cheese,sauce tasted very Old and didn't sit right in my stomach. Will not be going to this location anymore. First time being disappointed with rustys as I'm a local that's been eating it for 20 plus years,sad

I am not understanding who takes their phone orders. Very odd and confusing. Read the menu descriptions in their entirety as many ingredients are by request only. Inside are a few arcade games for kids and salad bar looks decent. Overall just odd

Poor delivery,& Pizza. This Rusty's is trying to deliver for the Upper State store.The upper State store is closed for remodeling?.

Evidently if you enter well done when ordering, it's ignored. Happened twice now in the last couple weeks. Also I put fresh garlic as one of my toppings and they didn't that either. But I got charged.

No specials. Menu items outdated

Ordered bacon and pineapple. Got Canadian bacon instead. Asked service person at counter why and was told that they don’t have bacon. Of course, they had a hard time understanding my question since it didn’t appear this was their first language. So, this is why it was brought down to two stars:
There were hardly any toppings on the pizza; It was thin crust; service did not bring the pizza to us at the table, but instead made us wait in line a second time behind others that were ordering so we could get our pizza; they didn’t tell me while ordering that they did not have bacon, instead allowing us to order something we didn’t want; two pizzas cost $44. I’m pretty certain that this warrants two stars if this is what to expect from this establishment.
