Ordered bacon and pineapple. Got Canadian bacon instead. Asked service person at counter why and was told that they don’t have bacon. Of course, they had a hard time understanding my question since it didn’t appear this was their first language. So, this is why it was brought down to two stars:
There were hardly any toppings on the pizza; It was thin crust; service did not bring the pizza to us at the table, but instead made us wait in line a second time behind others that were ordering so we could get our pizza; they didn’t tell me while ordering that they did not have bacon, instead allowing us to order something we didn’t want; two pizzas cost $44. I’m pretty certain that this warrants two stars if this is what to expect from this establishment.

Horrible experience. We paid over $50 for two six inch gluten-free pizzas and a small salad. They messed order up and brought us the wrong dressing and I have people with dietary needs. A total waste of money. Don’t bother going here. Who sends food out of a kitchen this badly burnt? We also had two employees call and confirm our order only for it to be messed up and burned.

We love Rustys pizza and any time we are in the Santa Barbara/Goleta area, we hit up one of the Rustys locations. This time we tried some different items besides our go to pizza. The Rustys sub was good tasting, but was minimal when it came to the meat. The habanero wings were very tasty.

If I could give 10/10 I would. If you’ve given it any less stars, it’s because you didn’t dip your pizza in their ranch and didn’t add their bacon bits to your salad. You’re welcome.

On September 16, 2023 around 5:20 pm, I ordered a large pepperoni pizza to eat in. I waited for 30 minutes, then I decided to ask for my pizza, the cashier told me they forgot to make it, and told me to wait another 5 minutes. I saw a bunch of people in the kitchen doing nothing. I wondered how they forgot. I asked for a refund, which they acted like they didn’t want to, but I insisted. After they talked to the manager I got my refund, but they didn’t even say sorry. What kind of business is that. Bunch of lazy people.

literally the best pizza I've ever had. I recommend the personal cheese, but all pizzas are great. once you go Rusty's you can never go back!

Vegetarian options: they have plenty of vegetarian options, including cheese pizza with veg. toppings like mushrooms, olives, ect, as well as veg. sides like salads and garlic bread.
