The lady was rude at this time we inflation is at its highest. I would definitely hire people who treat your customers better because you just lost a customer who has been a customer with Rustys pizza for my entire life my children’s entire life my entire marriage. That’s the only pizza we have eaten then after the way, I was treated by your excuse of a team that you have at the upper state Rustys I will not be going back to your establishment. I have known everybody from managers to owners of that Rustys and I am telling you it is sad to see what that place is today.

Everything was very tasty. Had the thin pizza, garlic bread and salad and everything was a success. The salad is especially noteworthy, it had a lot of veggies and was really fresh. Staff was very friendly and the beer very cold.

This place sucks. I ordered delivery and my pizza never showed up. Called 1.5 hours later and they insisted they delivered it even though we’re literally the only house on the street. They offered to send me another one then I had to ASK for a refund. We’ll see if it actually goes through… I’m sure I’ll have to call about that too. Don’t waste your time.

I’ve ordered from Rusty’s for years. I’ve enjoyed the pizza and service every time. A new delivery driver brought our order a week ago and thanked us for a cheap tip. It’s the same tip I’ve left for years with no complaints and the delivery is not far.
I gave him the benefit of the doubt. I try not to judge people that may have a bad day.
The same delivery driver showed up today and said the same thing to my wife.
I am fairly certain there was spit on this pizza. I called the restaurant and the supervisor did not seem to care at all. He said he could refund my order but would need to send another driver to grab the pizza first.
Horrible interaction! No longer going to order from them.

They were doing some partial remodel of new seating so those stars can increase.Got heart shaped pepperoni pizza on valentine's day.Best I have had from this place yet. Ranch dressing here is legendary.
