Rustys has been so horrible. I have ordered pizzas several times from them at the same location and I’m either missing pizzas or my order isn’t what I ordered. They have even went to the wrong address too. It’s one thing to mess up 1-2 times but this is way more then that and I’m sick of it. So you finally lost my business and a lot more from my family and friends.
Great food and the kids exhaled the pizza. 10 out of 10
Rusty's did not arrive at my kids birthday party!
It was a disaster from the first phone call to place my order until the end. The rude and arrogant phone service of the person who took my order refused to type in the exact location of the party in his system and verbally cut me off.
The driver lied and said he was at the park and didn't see anyone. No one called me! There were balloons and kids everywhere! ??? My correct phone number is in their system as they call me...read full review
