Rusty's Pizza Parlor

I ordered online for delivery it said that the estimated time was 45 minutes. An hour and a half passed and nothing was delivered so I called to asked why was my delivery taking so long and I was told that a driver tried to deliver my pizza and he tried calling but went straight to vm. I asked the guy at what time the driver tried to deliver the pizza so I could check my cameras because they record whoever parks or drives by the front of my house and he just said he didn't know. 20 minutes after someone brought our pizza but it was cold and I didn't want to return it because my kids were hungry and weren't gonna wait for another hour so we kept it and had to warm it up. This is not the first time we order and our house is right in front of the street for the driver to say he couldn't deliver the pizza for whatever reason he said he couldn't.

I ordered pizza and etc on Sunday night 22 June 2025, for delivery after I waited almost 2 hours I never received the foods, when I called the pizza company whose took my order they told me that had been delivered and I just found out that they delivered to the wrong address
My address is 17 Broadmoor plz #1, Santa Barbara, CA 93105 and the driver delivered to 15 Broadmoor, Santa Barbara, CA 93105, when I asked the resident at this address, they told me the driver took back the foods
So I didn’t know where that food goes
Btw the pizza was delivered from Rusty Pizza restaurant at Carrillo in Santa Barbara, California
I always order pizza from Rusty, this is my first bad experience, so in the future I’ll never order from Rusty pizza again

Always best pizza

Pizza was pretty good, but the service was kind of lacking, didn’t really feel welcomed and lots of people just randomly walking around not helping out with drinks or anything. Kind of distracting but overall it’s an all right place for pizza.

I tried to call and order, but all I got was a terrible AI bot, wasted time, finally gave up and called another better pizza place down the street with a real person.

Ordered a pizza to be picked up. Drove to location and no pizza. Called for help and hung up on 4 times. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Fun place to eat with the whole family. Gives me Pizza Hut in the 80s vibes. Cool atmosphere for dine in and very solid pizza.

They started using an AI bot to take phone orders that does not work. After going in person to order they gave me the wrong order and seemed annoyed at me for their mistake.

Superfine pizza! We had the thick bottom "pan". The cheese was crispy and we were glad it was open until late. Very flavorful tomato sauce and no cheese overload. Thanks!
(As vegetarians we were able to put together the pizza ourselves)

Recently moved from LA. Salad bar is great, pizza is some of the best that I have ever had. Cool motifs. Each location has a different motif. Highly recommend!

Don’t ever order delivery, their drivers are incompetent and can’t find a place and the management couldn’t care less and will hang up on you. Spend your Monday at a place that doesn’t try to use “AI” to take your order. This place sucks and always will.

This place has the worst customer service ever. We came in to order a pizza and it seemed like we interrupted there nap time. Rude and unfriendly. Sad cuz it looked like a good place. NOTE to the management if your employees don't want to work there fire them they are costing you money and clients.
