Rusty's Pizza Parlor

Zero star they refuse to make me a quick lunch saying they don't do it anymore. Clearly thier signs said they do. Very rude and unprofessional. Shameful take my money elsewhere.

First time trying Rusty’s and it was great. The pizza was flavorful and crispy. The ranch was fire.

Rusty's Special, with and without (bell pepper and Canadian bacon; nix the fiormer and yum the latter). Always my favorite when I lived in S.Barb in the 70's, and still just fine. The woman that took my order knew what I was talking about, even though I didn't see it listed as a Rusty's Special on the menu. Contrast that to how RARE it is that Taco Bell staff have a clue what a Combination Burrito is (beef and bean, of course.

We visited Santa Barbara and were looking for a great place to eat. We were searching all around and you know the area has issues with parking. We spotted Rusty's and pulled right in, plenty of parking and great food. We were happy.

To start, I’ve been a customer to this location for 15+ years. I ordered a meatball sub and thin crust pizza with mushrooms and meatballs. The pizza tasted great. Unfortunately, after getting home (25 minutes away) and eating some pizza I realized the sandwich I was given was incorrect. I called the store and spoke to a supervisor who told me their phone AI order taker placed the wrong sandwich order. I was told I couldn’t receive my correct order unless I returned to the store with the incorrect sandwich. I’m really disappointed with their customer service considering a pizza and sandwich was $40. Will be looking for a new regular pizza spot.

Loved the pizza tried a chicken and ranch with some cilantro on top. Bread was fresh and puffy and the toppings were great in combination with each other.

We always stop at a Rusty's when we stay in Santa Barbara. We never fail to have an enjoyable experience. The pizza and staff are great.

I ordered online for delivery it said that the estimated time was 45 minutes. An hour and a half passed and nothing was delivered so I called to asked why was my delivery taking so long and I was told that a driver tried to deliver my pizza and he tried calling but went straight to vm. I asked the guy at what time the driver tried to deliver the pizza so I could check my cameras because they record whoever parks or drives by the front of my house and he just said he didn't know. 20 minutes after someone brought our pizza but it was cold and I didn't want to return it because my kids were hungry and weren't gonna wait for another hour so we kept it and had to warm it up. This is not the first time we order and our house is right in front of the street for the driver to say he couldn't deliver the pizza for whatever reason he said he couldn't.

I ordered pizza and etc on Sunday night 22 June 2025, for delivery after I waited almost 2 hours I never received the foods, when I called the pizza company whose took my order they told me that had been delivered and I just found out that they delivered to the wrong address
My address is 17 Broadmoor plz #1, Santa Barbara, CA 93105 and the driver delivered to 15 Broadmoor, Santa Barbara, CA 93105, when I asked the resident at this address, they told me the driver took back the foods
So I didn’t know where that food goes
Btw the pizza was delivered from Rusty Pizza restaurant at Carrillo in Santa Barbara, California
I always order pizza from Rusty, this is my first bad experience, so in the future I’ll never order from Rusty pizza again
