They started using an AI bot to take phone orders that does not work. After going in person to order they gave me the wrong order and seemed annoyed at me for their mistake.

Superfine pizza! We had the thick bottom "pan". The cheese was crispy and we were glad it was open until late. Very flavorful tomato sauce and no cheese overload. Thanks!
(As vegetarians we were able to put together the pizza ourselves)

Recently moved from LA. Salad bar is great, pizza is some of the best that I have ever had. Cool motifs. Each location has a different motif. Highly recommend!

Don’t ever order delivery, their drivers are incompetent and can’t find a place and the management couldn’t care less and will hang up on you. Spend your Monday at a place that doesn’t try to use “AI” to take your order. This place sucks and always will.

This place has the worst customer service ever. We came in to order a pizza and it seemed like we interrupted there nap time. Rude and unfriendly. Sad cuz it looked like a good place. NOTE to the management if your employees don't want to work there fire them they are costing you money and clients.

They ate one or two slices of my pizza before even delivering it to me. The staff that answered my call laughed about it and responded in a way that made me feel as though they were in on some sort of little in-house joke with other employees on this. Secondly the manager was a jerk. He was very pushy and not willing to refund my money or credit me for my pizza that somebody had clearly touched and taken food from before delivering forcing me into the uncomfortable position of having to wait for a pizza Exchange. Me and my guests each while we waited the half an hour plus for the new pizza to arrive. The driver came back with a frustrated and angry attitude upset that we had eaten some pizza. I don't see any reason why three adults should have to wait in additional 30 45 minutes for a new pizza to arrive after having one in front of them and whatever so we ate. Either way I would never eat there again and highly recommend nobody order the delivery from them. Here's a picture how the pizza arrived you can see it's a little bit slid to the side but when trying to slide the pizza back together and make it a whole pizza it would not do that and was clear that one or two slices of the pizza I'm going to taken. As well as a picture of what was returned. As they insisted upon returning the original pizza . The delivery guy was also aggressive and threatening with his behavior both at my door and walking out the yard making a loud aggressive scene. Almost worth a 911 call. I would really not get a delivery from these people it's not safe

This is my neighborhood place, however they really messed something up and didn’t offer an apology, acknowledgment or even a free item. Serious misstep for this local place.

Just wanted a classic Rusty's sub and it was definitely a sub - subpar sandwich! All lettuce and tomato 3 transparently thin slices of Italian Salami, Bologna, no Cotto Salami or Provolone Cheese. I ordered it to-go so not much I could do about it other than suggest you don't order it at this Rusty's on Carrillo during the lunch shift on Friday.

I ordered a sandwich and went pick it up at the store on west Carrillo in Santa Barbara the sandwich was disgusting. But the big problem was that they don’t have s as mobility friendly entrance and I had a very hard time getting in to pick up my order. If not for the kindness of a complete stranger I would not have been able to get my mobility scooter into the store
