Great chicken, tri tip and family run local restaurant!
Worst chicken burritos in Santa Barbara. You may want to check another place out. Try Super Cucas. They have chopped chicken burritos.

Delicious and huge portions! I got the combo plate and my husband enjoyed the combo burrito, which both had chicken and tri-tip with rice and beans. The guacamole was very good as well.

Never thought I would go back over and over to one place just to get a simple chicken burrito before I started going here. There salsa verde is fire

The food was very good, but the service was very rude and shouty. They don't accept complaints about the restaurant's mistakes and are very disrespectful to customers, especially Mrs Alma.

Food was great, service not so much.
Staff was rude, sarcastic and impatient at the order counter.

Awesome easy lunch spot with great chicken and tri tip. Simple options but get tons of food and it’s really tasty the way they grill it. Will be coming back in the future! The tortillas were great too.

Excellent food and pleasant service, depending on order the wait can be a bit during the evening. Enjoyed the chicken and tri-tip along with sides of guacamole, rice and beans. Noted the salsa bar can have a bit of a back up.

It’s unfortunate that I can’t eat chicken since this place probably makes really good chicken but they also make really good tri tip. They also make really good horchata.

We were in this area for quick stay since my car had to be repaired. We decided to have lunch here. I like the area. I like the atmosphere, nice people.I had the tri-tip chicken combo. I split it with my fiancé. Tri-tip was good tasting and the chicken was nice and juicy. You do get small sides, and I would have liked more tortillas, but otherwise a great day for meat and chicken. The price is about $18.00 dollars or so for the combo.
The photo i'm sharing, doesn't do it justice. I took the photo after we were having our food.

I love Chicken Ranch! About every other week, I order a Triple container full of Shredded Chicken, a triple full of Spanish Rice, and a medium full of Pinto Beans. Then I fill a bunch of little containers full of pico de gallo, and I eat lunches for a week! $27 for a week of lunches! Awesome!! Of course, their tri-tip is excellent too. You can run in pretty quickly, and load up on GOOD food, at excellent prices and you're golden.
Chicken Ranch is great for church potlucks, for picnics at the beach, or whatever strikes your fancy. Free parking. Two locations to serve you, one in Santa Barbara on De La Vina, and one in Goleta in near Ace (used to be Osh), in the Fairview Shopping Mall. Try it if you haven't been there, they're really good.

Classic BBQ chicken.
It's a tradition at work.
Do note that regular salsa is hot and the hot salsa is... hotter...
