The food was so good! We loved everything we ate and the sushi was amazing! We had the chicken chashu bowl and a vegetable sushi. The chashu bowl was great and the chicken was cooked perfectly. The vegetable sushi was great too and we have no complaints. The seating area was perfect and the atmosphere was so welcoming. The service was great and super fast. SB Craft Ramen is a fun spot to eat at if you’re craving ramen or sushi. The ramen definitely has a California spin on the classic ramen bowl. I usually get the veggie ramen, it has things I normally wouldn’t put in ramen such as greens and quinoa, and somehow it goes really well in the dish.

absolutely delectable. i would’ve taken and posted a picture if it weren’t so good. the tsukemen was so instantly delicious that i forgot the concept of all technological devices and narfed it down in record time.
