Do not order online from this store. They request a "tip" while basically saying that the people who pack your order will know about it. They will mess up your order even if you do tip. They will also try to avoid refunding you an appropriate amount. I ended up paying $75 for a $25 item. A low quality item at that.

Bought halibut today. Fish was mushy. Fresh halibut should flake. I get much better halibut at Costco. You guys need to up your game

The guy working the till was a real jerk. Kept saying I’m too busy to eveyone. We heard online this was place to go for sea urchin but so unorganized. He ended up helping a lady that came in behind us while we waited at the register. The instructions very unclear how to order. The flashing advertising said to order at register but staff said we had to wait at seafood counter. We got in an argument with one guy that came in before us. Then the line now had 8 people so we left frustrated.
This place is very unprofessional, will just take your money & not bother to help you correctly. They DO NOT honor online orders or send them faster when you PAID FOR EXPRESS DELIVERY. Also just because you see an item online, order & pay for it doesn’t mean you get it! They goof around WITH FREAKIN seafood, send orders late & without all the contents. THIS IS THE SECOND IT’S HAPPENED, I thought I’d give them another chance thinking it was a mistake but no, they just send you a mystery box late & do not offer to make it right at a later time. You’re done in my book. This business is a joke. Should have know better trying to order seafood online. Never again.
