So this place seems great at first. Super great fried food and an interesting menu. However after eating you feel sick. I got a BLT and it was LOADED with bacon. Thats a great thing! However it tasted like the bread, and the whole sandwich was dunked in bacon grease. So much so that it was dripping grease over the whole of the box it came in and leaked through. I ate half and then got sick the next morning. Don’t let me wrong. I love bacon. But that’s just… gross

The food here was awful! I ordered the torta and Mac n cheese! Torta was not terrible, but it was really small!! Mac n cheese was gross! Customer service sucks ! We werent greeted at all. Cashier just gave us an awkward blank stare until we were ready to order.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Don’t come here. Address is incorrect on google. Service is horrible. No greeting just a dead stare, no drinks available, food is bland, cold, dry. Chicken sandwich a perfect size for an 8 year old. Chicken wings were pink. Deep fried Oreos were as soggy as a torta ahogada. Save yourself and go to Dave’s dogs instead.

Can’t get through on the phone to place orders. Cant order online. Out of key ingredients like chicken. Portion size has been drastically cut down yet prices stay the same. Hopefully they step it back up at new location. The variety & quality from before was great! Fingers crossed.

Wack ...ordered corn dogs for My daughter and received 1 corn dog and a random piece of chicken breast instead of 2 corn dogs...the paint pesto Chicken was just a smashed up sandwich it should not be called a panini ...food used to be good now it's trash

I’m very disappointed only because this place is usually a great experience! This 2 star review is only bc I work for a food delivery company and I work late nights for extra $$. This place is one of my top restaurants I like to deliver for bc the food is great, the staff is very friendly and my orders are usually on time. But tonight it’s currently 1:50am and the store is locked up and dark. They advertise they stay open till 3am. It’s March 28th on a Wednesday. No holidays I’m aware of? I’ve now received 4 orders just sitting here ive had to cancel. I’ve seen 3 other cars pull in looking confused. I’m confused as well as to why they are closed? No note on the door explaining why? Nothing! Ops, another confused driver is leaving again! I hope I’m missing something bc this is VERY UNEXCEPTABLE!! Delivery drivers wasting their time and gas! Customers at home, hungry wondering what is going on? I’ll be happy to change my rating if there is a reasonable explanation for this unexpected closure. What’s going on?

Gave the wrong delivery driver my order and then refused to make it a second time when a delivery driver came to get it. Like yall are still getting paid for the food whether it came to me or not it’s the apps fault but refusing to make it when the app tried to correct the mistake is absurd. 0 stars if I could for customer service.

Yummy. Got the Munchiez Patty Melt, Macaroni & cheese, Hot Cheetos Street corn, & Deep fried oreos. The patty melt was delicious, crispy bread and good flavors (fries were cooked ok but very bland), Mac and Cheese was delicious, creamy & kinds spicy. Street corn was yummy, cooked well with mild flavors. Deep fried oreos we tasty bjt very sweet & heavy. It's located in a small little place with parking or stret parking.
Loved this place during Covid. It was the only place open. I do rideshare and being there's not a lot of places open the hours they're open I recommended this place to countless people. This is even after the decline in quality and service started around 2022. After multiple incorrect orders I gave up going. Still since they are usually the only place open I give in and take a gamble. Three times in the last year they've gotten my order wrong. Lots of places screw up orders. Its the total lack of getting the order right on the peoples faces who work there now. Fourth and last time was last night. The way the manager handled it was inexcusable. Getting all the way home to Goleta after work and finding yet another mistake in the order was the last straw. Sad to see a great place go down hill. Even sadder to realize, if I want to be honest with the people I drive around that when they have to ask what there is to eat at this hour I, in good faith, will have to say Jack In The Box. I'm not staking my conscience on their poor service.
